  First place we visited, Ryder and Victoria were prepared and answered all of our questions and concerns. Husband is receiving cancer treatment at UF HEALTH and we will be there at least 3 months. They have contacts for internet and cable service, rental furniture and they were cheaper than we thought for a nice place with good amenities. We are grateful for their help!!

  Toured the property today with Ryder and OMG. 1. He was very welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. He was working alone and very busy, but in it all, made me feel like I was his only visitor. Kuddos Ryder! 2.The property is gorgeous. 3. I did the “no pressure, hassle free tour” and loved everything about it. I got to spend as much time as I needed to visualize furniture placement. I’ve found my new home!

  Edit: please read all other reviews before moving. We lived here for 3 years, and unfortunately our experience toward the end was very disappointing. First, there is often no one in the office when you need assistance, which makes it difficult to get issues resolved. Second, we dealt with roaches, which was very frustrating Most importantly, after living there for 3 years, we were charged for the hard flooring because some of the planks had separated slightly. In my opinion, this appeared to be normal wear and tear from living on the flooring over time. We were also charged for the top of the stove, even though the condition was consistent with normal wear and tear. We never had any major issues during our tenancy, and we always cleaned the apartment thoroughly before leaving. After 3 years of living there, I was disappointed to receive charges for things that we believe should have been considered normal wear and tear. I recommend anyone considering moving here to carefully document the condition of the apartment when moving in and moving out, take plenty of pictures, and keep all communication with management in writing. Edit: Honestly if I could post the pictures the of flooring, top stove, and they even charged us for keys we have returned. The only regret I have is referring my sister to this place. This people are very dishonest. Anyone want to stay there at your own risk. Plus I’m not the only one who’s complaining about being charged for nonsense.

  If I could post zero I would! My daughter moved in February of this year. Within weeks of moving in she was fighting with a mosquito and gnat infestation in her apartment. How did the complex help? By purchasing bug traps outside her front door and placed in her bathroom. NEVER once tried to find the source of the issue. My daughter ended up buying bug traps and spray to use inside. By the end of March she experiences human waste backing up in her tub and toilet. Feces with toilet paper pieces floating in her tub. Maintenance did respond and stated it was fixed. This same incident occurred 3 more times: in mid April, June and July. Each time my daughter requested to be moved to a new apartment, for plumbing to be replaced, wanted the issue fixed. Never had the plumbing fixed, never had the offer of a cleaning company to clean up afterwards. Never a prorated rent offer for the inconvenience not to mention health issues this could present. Never a letter of apology! What was she offered? To terminate the lease with no termination fee!! Said she could move to new apartment at her own expense! This is the worse place ever! Had we only read the reviews! Funny her neighbor's commented on how many people move in and out of that same apartment! We know why! Faulty plumbing causing potential health concerns and the root cause of the mosquito and gnat infestation. Run far, far away from this place. My next stop will be the department of health and city code department.

  Terrible move in experience with Ryder and his manager. Told my husband and I that our results were based on their third party screening Rent Grow, once we called them they explicitly stated that it is only up to the management company to enforce what deposits will be. We both have good credit and mine was frozen. We left it alone and when we brought in money orders we were told they don’t accept money orders although there was no clarification. All in all terrible communication and practices. Also, there was a huge hole in the fridge and upon move in, it still wasn’t fixed. Not looking forward to moving in unfortunately. Really enjoyed speaking with Vanessa though.
