  I live in the actual houses next door that I work hard for and the residents in these apartments ruin my life. Trespassing and defecating in my yard and smoking drugs in my yard at 2 am. Jacksonville is an extra large garbage can and I will be leaving as soon as possible. Horrible place. Do not go there unless you want drugs or homeless people at your house.

  All staff in front office are very polite and I could tell they put effort into making my move-in as easy as possible. Also the kitchen appliances were in top condition when I moved into my unit!

  Read nextdoor app. Sewage issues despite renovation. What did they renovate? Threats of being shut by health department.

  These apartments suck. Maintenance has not fix my leaking roof since last year. I had to pay a plumbing company to fix my tub. Please stay away from Golden Shore Apartments
