Pros: Parking is great, all packages go straight to your door, plenty of closet/storage space, maintenance is fast to respond, pool & gym kept clean, fun events with spontaneous stop by the office for a drink!, staff always responded to my emails. The best place I’ve lived so far. Cons: Walls are thin & you can hear your neighbor sneeze (doesn’t bother me much I always have a tv on) but if it’s pin drop quiet in your apartment you will hear everything. Changing requirements/rules mid-lease for the gym, insurance etc. , sprinklers at night smell bad and sprays all over the sidewalks

He did all this always with a smile. Jessica was my first introduction to the community and her kindness made me feel at home right away. I would highly recommend seeking them out for your rental experience.

I went through a lot with noisy neighbors and they were so patient in guiding me to be able to move units away from them. I’m in school full time and also work full time so noise all times of the night was disturbing my sleep and they understood and make sure I didn’t feel like a burden to them in this process. My apartment transfer process and smooth and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend living here!
