  Our experience with Ari was outstanding from beginning to end. The application process was handled so efficiently and smoothly — everything moved quickly and clearly. She was incredibly transparent and friendly during our tours, answering every question with patience and honesty. Ari made a fantastic impression on us, and we’re so grateful for how seamless she made the entire process. We highly recommend her!

  Beautiful complex, had a tour with Arielle! She was very friendly and personable.Answered my questions without hesitation and was very patient while I was digging through everything in the apartment. Had to get a good look! Thanks, Arielle!

  I've started my 8th year at CCL and love it. The location is perfect, it's quiet, nice neighbors, maintenance crew is great but the best part? Marina in the front office!! She knows what to do and how to help whenever I have a question. Her knowledge is vast and her kindness knows no bounds. Definitely love living here
