  Just wanted to give a shoutout to Mark and the sweet agent working with him today. My sister called late in the afternoon to see if there were any more openings for showings for the day and Mark was able to get us in. Not only did he take time to give us a full tour of the beautiful property, he did not act as if we were inconveniencing him by being there. It felt like a truly warm environment and it was a pleasure meeting him and seeing the location. Fingers crossed that this is my sister’s new home. 💗💗💗💗

  This is truly a beautiful property managed by an incredibly nice team of people! It's just as pretty in real life as it is on the website. Sydney and Mark are amazing tour guides, they really consider your input and try their best to match you with the perfect unit.

  Just got off the phone with Mark, and I have to say — he was incredibly helpful, personable, and you could genuinely tell he loves what he does. Calling with questions never felt like a sales pitch. He was simply knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and went above and beyond to walk me through the entire process. We are really looking forward to applying and getting the ball rolling. I'm hoping to update this review soon with how the move-in process goes and what the living experience is like — but if Mark is any indication of how this community is run, we're in great hands.

  Corner of main has been great living for me. I was one of the first attendees and I must say that the Quality of the community has grown in enhanced over the time period that I’ve been here. Mr. Mark is very patient and will help you anyway he can. He is the perfect management and I love living at the corner of Main thank you.

  A great newly built apartment in an excellent location in Springfield, Jacksonville, offered at a very competitive and reasonable price. The property is managed by long-term professionals such as Mark, Anton, Sydney and Myles rather than the constant hiring and firing you see at many apartment complexes these days, which often leads to poor accountability. The management team here is responsive, professional, and quick to address any issues or concerns. Like many apartments in Jax, it is unfurnished, which is actually a benefit because the pricing reflects that, allowing residents to avoid paying for unnecessary furniture and amenities they may not need. You also won’t run into the unexplained exorbitant fees that are common at some other apartment complexes.
