  I always work with Angelica Leon and she is just a pleasure to work with. She is very helpful and responds to inquiries so fast. Love being able to email her or call her with any questions pertaining to my HOA. If she doesn't have the answer she makes sure she finds it out and gets back to me!

  Submitted architectural committee request over a month ago during cool months for fencing needs. this person never submitted my request to the board. He said they would be meeting "Tuesday" then after a full month no response.....I called and he said he didn't submit it.

  While I can’t speak for the company as a whole, I can say that our manager, Blaine Anderson, for Bartram Ranch in St. Johns, FL, simply could not be any better at what she does. She has been managing our community for about six months, give or take, and the turnaround we have seen compared with the prior management has been anything but subtle. Rules are being objectively enforced, communication with the community as a whole is streamlined, and individual one-on-one correspondence is handled efficiently. Even our community portal, TownSq, is now well organized and easy to navigate. Previously, it was months behind and was a cluttered mess. Now, our community calendar is consistently up to date, meeting notices and committee invitations go out well in advance, and information is much easier to find. The professionalism, organization, and efficiencies she has brought to our communities management is the best of the best I can honestly say I cannot think of a single thing Blaine could be doing better. Kudos to her, and kudos to CMCJ for building a great team.
