  Matthew Flynn did an above and beyond job - we just purchased a home in Killearn - we were told there was an existing "exception" granted yet had no proof. Matthew researched it for us, found the documents necessary and we were able to get our fence approved, all with his assistance. Thank you for employing hard workers who do their best to help homeowners!

  Blaine Anderson has been an outstanding property manager for our Newbrook community. She is responsive, professional, and follows through until issues are resolved. When I reported that my yard was dangerously uneven because of how the sod had been installed, Blaine immediately arranged for the Yellowstone landscape foreman to meet with me. The problem was completely corrected within a week, and it was clear that Yellowstone has great respect for her and responds promptly to her requests. She also went above and beyond when my HOA refund check was lost in the mail. Blaine had a replacement check issued and personally hand-delivered it to me. It's reassuring to have a property manager who truly cares about the residents and takes pride in getting things done. Thank you, Blaine, for your dedication to our community.
