  We have been a part of a few other HOA communities and usually the management companies are awful. But Associa, specifically Blaine Anderson, has changed my opinion on HOA management companies. She has shown that when done right, the experience can be smoothly and sometimes even pleasant. Her customer service is top notch. She is respectful, efficient, and responds quickly. I’m grateful she’s the representative for our community. Keep up the great work!

  I am extremely disappointed with the management of this HOA and, in particular, the lack of responsiveness from the office. My problems began almost immediately after purchasing my property in February 2026. I had paid two months of HOA dues as part of my closing, yet those payments were never credited to my account. It took multiple emails and phone calls before the issue was finally corrected. Unfortunately, that has been representative of my experience ever since. Emails routinely go unanswered unless I follow up three or four times. I have gone to the office during business hours only to find it closed, and when I have been able to speak with someone in person, including about an issue with my vehicle's gate-entry RFID, my concerns have often been met with what feels like very little urgency or concern. More recently, someone parked in my assigned parking space after hours. I asked the HOA what homeowners are supposed to do when this happens outside office hours, particularly if we need to leave or return home, and how these violations are documented so repeat offenders can be warned or fined. I still have not received adequate answers. I also reported excessive noise from a neighboring unit, including children running, screaming, jumping and banging against walls as late as 1:30 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. The HOA's response was simply that this was a “resident-to-resident” issue and that I should contact JSO. I subsequently asked for clarification about what community rules the HOA actually enforces and requested the current 2026 bylaws. Those emails have gone unanswered. This leaves me questioning what homeowners are paying HOA fees for if the office will not consistently respond to residents, provide clear procedures for after-hours problems, or address and document violations of community rules. I previously owned a condo in South Carolina for 4½ years, and the difference in management is remarkable. That HOA was highly responsive, handled parking and noise enforcement, provided after-hours contacts, and had clear, organized procedures for residents. I expect much better communication, organization, and accountability from an HOA that homeowners pay to manage their community.
