  “Shoutout to Pablo Parra for always being so helpful, approachable, and willing to go above and beyond. We recently had an issue with our AC, and he made sure it was fixed promptly and properly. Anytime we’ve needed something looked at or repaired in our apartment, Pablo has been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful.   had a great experience with Joy! She was very friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. She was a great receptionist and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Joy was helpful, patient, and made sure I felt taken care of. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I really appreciate her positive attitude and professionalism!

  Just moved into this apartment recently. Everything has been great from the front desk to the maintenence crew... Brenda and Joy have been so helpful with everything and Bo has to be one of the nicest maintenence workers Ive met. He seems Very knoweldgeable and on top of everything. To the staff I mentioned. Thanks for the easy transition into apt. Almost forgot Leonardo as well maintenence staff very very helpful.

  Pablo was very nice and helped with my ice maker not making ice right away. Very diligent and quick service. Leonardo was very professional and returned to address an issue shortly after assessing. They both took the empty boxes in the apartment with him before they left. That was very kind and considerate. Excellent service!!

  I’m so thankful for Leonardo Palencia! He came out over the weekend to help with my A/C issue and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He took the time to figure out the problem, was incredibly helpful, and made sure I wasn’t left without a solution. I really appreciate him taking the time out of his weekend to help me. Thank you, Leonardo, for such great service! I truly appreciate it
