  I highly recommend the Collins Preserve. I was overseas in Japan during the entire application process. The staff Mrs Joy reached out to me when no other complex was doing follow ups. She made the process smooth and painless even with a 13 hour time difference on my end. My unit looked exactly how it did in the pictures before I moved in moved. When I returned to the states Mrs Brenda and Mrs Joy was very flexible in moving up my move in date , also still honoring my two months free rent credit. They also gave me a welcome home gift. Thermos, Spatula and cookies to bake in my new home. Community is primarily, military, retired or maybe just normal working citizens. Very quiet. Thanks again Mrs Joy and Mrs Brenda for everything.

  JoyLynn was amazing! She made the application process so easy and we were able to do it on-site. The apartments are beautiful and the staff is very friendly and professional. Truly a breath of fresh air after having so many bad experiences at other places!

  I’ve had a great experience living at Collins Preserve. The community is well maintained, peaceful, and the overall service has been excellent. The leasing office staff are always professional, friendly, and very responsive whenever I need anything. They truly make the leasing process smooth and welcoming. The agents at the leasing office deserve special recognition for their kindness, communication, and willingness to help residents. It’s clear that they care about the people living here and work hard to provide a positive experience. I’ve enjoyed living here so much that I’ve already referred a couple of my friends to this complex. I definitely recommend Collins Preserve to anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed place to live!

  We just recently moved in from out of state & can I just say how amazing the staff is who. Ms.Brenda, was so patient with me every step of the way. She made the process so easy & smooth. Moving can be stressful in itself but she left no room for doubt or anxiety.
