  Got moved into a roach-infested apartment with no working A/C where my key doesn't even work. If you take an issue like this to the front office you will get hit with a "just enter a service request" for some random guy to come fiddle with something for 2 minutes and change nothing. What's the solution when a service request doesn't work? You guessed it. Just enter ANOTHER SERVICE REQUEST. The worst experience I've had with any institution at any point of my life. It makes working with the IRS feel like tea time with my niece.

  I had a great experience working with Zach. Very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire tour. He made everything easy to understand, answered all of my questions. I truly appreciated his patience, communication, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

  I lived in Cabana Club for only a year. During my experience, the community was well kept. The staff cleaned the sidewalks, staircases, and parking lot fairly often. They even pressure washed the staircase and halls of my building several times in the year. I was impressed by how updated the amenities were kept. They resurfaced a pool and put in brand new playground equipment this year. Every maintenance request submitted was handled promptly. Reading other reviews, I was very nervous I was going to be nickel and dimed at move out for small things to get extra money from me.That was not the case. There were no extra charges besides my remaining water bill at move out. If you clean well and keep your space nice they are fair at move out. My only complaint is that they require carpet cleaning at move out or they will charge you (great for the next tenant but not so fun at move out). My advice is to hire your own carpet cleaner…what they charge if you don’t get the carpet cleaned is double the quotes I received. However, this is just a minor complaint I think new residents should be aware of. I would recommend cabana galleria club to anyone looking for an apartment!! It was a great community.

  As a 3-year resident of Cabana Club it is very pleasing to Know that we have some of the nicest people that are employed within the office. One of the Ladies I'm referring to is Mary Schwerin. Mary has always been so kind to my Fiancé Dawn and I; she has always been helpful in any questions we have had. We truly enjoy living here at Cabana Club and I believe what makes it so pleasant is the true professionalism and kindness that we've had from Mary.
