  I love my new home everything is well put together. Safe gated community with nice people and very much quiet and peaceful out here at the Avion apartments and, the Leasing representatives take good care of everybody who stays out here.

  After viewing this apartment, I fell in love. Kalia was so kind, very helpful and was filled with joy to show us around. It definitely made our experience more enjoyable. We ended choosing Avion apartments and Kalia made sure to keep up with our emails and answered all questions. This has made our move in process so much easier. She is such a joy!

  Hello, I hope you are doing well. I want to say that I really appreciate living at Avon Apartments. The staff has always been friendly, respectful, and very helpful, and my family and I truly enjoy our home here. Unfortunately, I am going through a difficult financial situation right now. I lost my job, and I am having trouble finding enough work in Jacksonville. I recently received a better job opportunity in another state, Kentucky.and I may need to relocate to support my family.i love avoin but I don’t have choice. I do not want to leave because we love this apartment, but I may not have another choice because of my financial situation. I would like to kindly ask if there is any possibility of reducing the early termination fee, offering a hardship option, or helping us find the best solution. I would really appreciate any help or understanding you can provide. Thank you so much for your kindness and support.
