  I had such a great experience with Kaila Johnson throughout my apartment search, approval process, and move in! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient from start to finish. Kaila made the approval process feel so much easier and was always willing to answer my questions and keep me updated. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. I truly appreciate how helpful and personable she was throughout the entire experience. Lacey and Sabrina were also super sweet and funny. Thank you all for making this process such a smooth and pleasant one! 💕

  I’ve lived here for a few months now and I must say i’m extremely happy with my experience. The office staff are so helpful and always answer and solve any issues promptly, very communicative and friendly. Especially Kaila. I recently experienced my power and Wifi going out due to a heavy storm, the maintenance team was there to resolve the issue promptly. The pool and gym are everything I need to have a relaxing day off as well as a good workout, there is always someone cleaning the hallways in my building. Truly have had such a great experience with Avion, it’s very refreshing after having not so great experiences elsewhere. Even friends who visit have great things to say about how nice, clean, and kind the community is!

  If I could give Avion Apartments zero stars, I would. I strongly recommend living literally anywhere else. The elevators are constantly broken. I have had to carry my luggage up FOUR flights of stairs because apparently having functioning elevators in an apartment building is too much to ask. The hallways regularly have bugs, and the entire complex constantly reeks of cigarettes and marijuana. Management also seems to have no problem handing out random, unexplained fines, yet somehow basic issues around the property remain unresolved. The Wi-Fi is unreliable and frequently doesn’t work, and random people who don’t even live here manage to sneak into the pool. And I would take the glowing reviews with a massive grain of salt. Many appear to come from people immediately after touring rather than residents who have actually experienced what it is like to live here long-term. For what residents pay, the experience is genuinely embarrassing. Broken elevators, bugs, constant smoke smells, unreliable Wi-Fi, questionable pool access, and random fees but sure, come tour the amenities and leave five stars. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. I absolutely would not recommend Avion Apartments to anyone.

  I toured this complex the first time with Kaila. I explained to her my situation, that I travel for work and don’t have much time to come by. After my tour Kaila called me multiple times while I was working. Eager for me to apply. So, first day I got back into town, straight off a plane, I went back by to tour again just to make sure. But I was ready to apply & sign a lease. I walked in at 5:27 and was told by the lady at the desk they don’t do tours after 5:30. So I asked to speak to Kaila since I had already explained my situation to her, that I travel for work, I’m hardly ever in town, and I had rushed there straight from the airport. I thought she might make an exception for me to tour that day due to my circumstances. But instead she was very dismissive of me. Rushed me out of her office, told me everything I asked was listed on the brochure or website, and that she had an email she needed to send before closing. Very obviously too concerned about getting off from work on time, ironically after me taking several of her calls while I was busy working. It ended up being for my benefit, as I realized I was rushing my decision and shouldn’t be moving next to a gas station/ truck stop where some very sketchy people travel in and out. And I could find somewhere much better than this. But yeah office staff here 0/10.

  I don’t appreciate KAYLA SENDING THE OFFICER ON SITE TO ME AND MY ONE GUEST THAT IM ALLOWED TO HAVE WHILE AT THE POOL ( AS IM ALWAYS THERE) SAYING I LOOK LIKE I DONT LIVE HERE WHEN SHE IS VERY FAMILIAR WITH ME & MY SON . DO YOUR JOB AND COME SEE YOURSELF YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I LOOK LIKE STOP HARRASSING ME I PAY RENT HERE AND DESERVE TO FEEL COMFORTABLE . SHES BEEN NOTHING CLOSE TO WELCOMING SINCE WE MOVED HERE IN APRIL I DONT DEAL WITH HER FOR THIS REASON THAT SEEMS TO BE ONGOING WITH HER. WHATT THIS PROPERTY NEEDS TO FOCUS ON IS ALL THE TIMES WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH OUR RESERVED PARKING FROM PEOPLE AND NO ONE HAS GOTTEN TOWED . AND THE ELEVATORS STAY BROKE , THE GUY WHO DOES THE BREEZE WAYS DONT BE DOING NOTHING BUT STANDING AROUND SPIDER WEBS EVRRYWHERE FOR PROOF
