  Moving here was a bit rough at first. I did not want to live here that badly, where I had to pay an additional $200 on top of my deposit. The leasing agent in charge of my lease misread the specials at the time, but fortunately, the manager made it right. When it was time to move out, I gave the keys to the property manager herself, and no issues. Called back sometime after leaving to ask a question, and the person on the phone was a bit rude, saying I abandoned the property even though I paid rent for the last month. Could not remember her name, but she was a short, stocky white woman with brunette hair and wore glasses. Still angers me to this day when I think about it. Charged a carpet cleaning fee even though I left the unit in pristine condition, and my move-out bill was sent to collections before I realized that I had even gotten one. The number of bugs that I found throughout the unit was insane. Understood that I lived in FL but I was finding in every nook and cranny of the unit. Even in almost all the drawers There is no reason why these units are priced as high as they are, considering the space you receive. The only perk is that you live in a convenient location near the town center, but there are other apartments in this area that don't cost that much. Can't justify $ 1,800/month for a 700-sq-ft space.

  Erica has been the best part of living at Avere. She is always willing to help me and take care of anything I need. She is kind and professional and I’m so happy that she is a part of this community.

  I’ve had a really positive experience living here and honestly haven’t had any major issues. The property staff has always been kind, attentive, and helpful, and maintenance is usually very responsive whenever something needs to be taken care of. I especially want to recognize Errica because she has been extremely supportive and attentive throughout my time here. When I was looking to transfer, she made the process feel so much easier and really took the time to help me feel comfortable and safe with the transition. She was patient, communicative, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Overall, I’ve felt well taken care of here and appreciate how responsive and welcoming the team has been. Errica has definitely made a difference in my experience.

  I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment is super nice, and whenever I’ve had an issue, putting in a maintenance request is really easy and most things are taken care of by the next day. Everyone on staff has also been really kind and helpful. Erica has always been there for me throughout my time living here and is always willing to answer any questions I have or help with anything I need. I also really appreciate how much the staff does to make residents feel valued, like celebrating our accomplishments and milestones. This graduation celebration was such a sweet example of that! Overall, I’ve had a really great experience living here!

  Avere is truly unique! It actually looks like a 5-star resort, not an apartment community. The clubhouse area has multiple common spaces to hang out, watch TV or have a quick Zoom call for work. The fitness center has everything I need. The artificial turfed dog park is a HUGE plus for me. My Labrador hates doing her business on dirt (which most communities have because the grass doesn't grow). And the pool??? AMAZING! It has a yoga area, comfy cabanas (like at a resort), Green Egg grills and most importantly, a professional putting green. I'm an avid golfer and it's super convenient to have a place where I can practice my putts right at home. However, the best part of this community is the staff. Everyone is so very friendly and welcoming. Kristen is the Manager and her effervescent personality is obviously addictive because they're all such amazing professionals.
