  I’ve lived at Avere Southside Quarter for almost two years, and I’ve had a really great experience here. The community is quiet, beautiful, family-oriented, pet-friendly, and has that nice “quiet luxury” feel without feeling stuffy. The office staff is honestly one of the best parts. Kristin, Errica, and Michelle have all been here the entire time I’ve lived here, and they’ve always been so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Gigi is newer, but she’s been great as well. I’ve had a few changes during my time here, and no matter what I needed, the staff always handled everything smoothly. I jokingly call myself a “super resident” at this point because I’ve gotten to experience different layouts throughout the community 😂 They also do a great job of keeping residents involved with food trucks and events like paint and sip, yoga, candle making, and other fun activities. Maintenance is fast and responsive, and everyone around the community is usually very friendly. I’m only leaving because I’m being transferred, and I’m definitely going to miss living here. I’d absolutely recommend Avere Southside Quarter to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful community in Jacksonville with a staff that actually cares about its residents.

  I’ve lived here for about 6 months now and I have nothing but great things to say. The staff has been super friendly and helpful. The couple minor maintenance issues I had were resolved same day. The grounds and amenities are always clean. Great area with food/drink/entertainment within walking distance. 10/10 would recommend.

  Moving here was a bit rough at first. I did not want to live here that badly, where I had to pay an additional $200 on top of my deposit. The leasing agent in charge of my lease misread the specials at the time, but fortunately, the manager made it right. When it was time to move out, I gave the keys to the property manager herself, and no issues. Called back sometime after leaving to ask a question, and the person on the phone was a bit rude, saying I abandoned the property even though I paid rent for the last month. Could not remember her name, but she was a short, stocky white woman with brunette hair and wore glasses. Still angers me to this day when I think about it. Charged a carpet cleaning fee even though I left the unit in pristine condition, and my move-out bill was sent to collections before I realized that I had even gotten one. The number of bugs that I found throughout the unit was insane. Understood that I lived in FL but I was finding in every nook and cranny of the unit. Even in almost all the drawers There is no reason why these units are priced as high as they are, considering the space you receive. The only perk is that you live in a convenient location near the town center, but there are other apartments in this area that don't cost that much. Can't justify $ 1,800/month for a 700-sq-ft space.

  I’ve had a really positive experience living here and honestly haven’t had any major issues. The property staff has always been kind, attentive, and helpful, and maintenance is usually very responsive whenever something needs to be taken care of. I especially want to recognize Errica because she has been extremely supportive and attentive throughout my time here. When I was looking to transfer, she made the process feel so much easier and really took the time to help me feel comfortable and safe with the transition. She was patient, communicative, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Overall, I’ve felt well taken care of here and appreciate how responsive and welcoming the team has been. Errica has definitely made a difference in my experience.

  I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment is super nice, and whenever I’ve had an issue, putting in a maintenance request is really easy and most things are taken care of by the next day. Everyone on staff has also been really kind and helpful. Erica has always been there for me throughout my time living here and is always willing to answer any questions I have or help with anything I need. I also really appreciate how much the staff does to make residents feel valued, like celebrating our accomplishments and milestones. This graduation celebration was such a sweet example of that! Overall, I’ve had a really great experience living here!
