- TRThe RackDec 18, 20231.0Do not rent here, they are running a scam with the carpets. Basically they are replacing the carpets on anyone who moves out, it doesn't matter if they need to be replaced. Instead of sending any evidence of the carpets being damaged they will just threaten to send you to collections. Predatory and not reasonable.

The office staff Gail and Vicki attended to a seamless transition. 5 Star people. Movers came and delivered the furniture. He arrived without any issues. Spoke to the maintenance staff a couple times who exceeded expectations quick, fast and in a hurry. Ocean Park of Ponte Vedra is a beautiful community managed by interested and caring profesaionals. The Fort Family Investments management company no doubt are proud of the Ocean Park team. BZ.
