- JWJustine WheelerOct 15, 20261.0⭐ ZERO STARS — If Only Google Would Allow It! "Charity," the GM. And trust me, the irony of that name is not lost on me! Clayton Homes, you might want to seriously reconsider who you put in management positions, because WOW. If this is the face of your company, you have bigger problems than selling homes! It takes a special kind of talent to leave such a terrible impression after just ONE encounter, but congratulations, Charity, you managed to do exactly that! You would think someone with "General Manager" in their title would understand the basics of professionalism, respect, and customer service. Apparently, that's asking a little too much. Clayton Homes, your customers deserve better representation. A fancy title doesn't automatically come with people skills, and this encounter made that painfully obvious. I'd give zero stars if I could, but unfortunately, Google requires me to give one. Consider it a participation trophy. 🏆
- MDMaria D'AmoreOct 14, 20265.0Cheyenne, Charity and Karen were wonderful. We can't wait to move Into our new home....
- OWOlga/Mike WilliamsOct 7, 20261.0We had very bad experiences with Clayton Homes, they are crooks. Do not trust them at all. As soon as they have your money, everything slows down and they make mistakes after mistakes. They are very unprofessional. No one in that office knows what they are doing. We called corporate many times and we got no help from them. It has been a year of constant stress! We will never ever recommend dealing with this company!!!!! We have read other reviews where customers have received a gift card after a final walk through that WE never had.
- CCCat CSep 10, 20265.0Stopped in to ask a question and the girls, Charity and Cheyanne, came up with an answer and referral! Thanks, ladies!!
- AWAlisa WalkerSep 10, 20265.0We stopped in to look and learn about what was available. Charity and Cheyanne were very friendly and patient and accommodating. They listened to what we liked and didn’t like, and showed us all kinds of options. We really appreciated all the time they spent with us!
