  Since moving into Sophia Square in March of 2025, Michael in the leasing office and Jesus in maintenance have been extremely helpful in assisting me with any questions or concerns that I have. They’re definitely assets to the property.

  Living in this community has been an excellent experience. The tranquility of the place, the speed with which they attend to any maintenance request and how well maintained the facilities are make a total difference. It's nice to get home to such a clean, beautiful and well-managed place. Super satisfied!

  We moved in the Year 2022. It was Going To be a short stay maybe a Year but here we are in 2026 and we are still residents of Sophia Square. Honestly we haven’t had a reason or need to move. The staff are wonderful big shut out to Michael and the the manager Paul which are always understanding and helpful. The maintenance crew are professional and friendly and always willing to help when needed. It is a quiet community which is great for being able to sleep without noise like in other communities. They recently offered small storage spaces which helped us save money. I see ourselves staying here for many more years. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, close to Shops, markets, movies, and the ocean this is a great choice.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’ve really enjoyed living at Sophia Square Apartments. The community is nice, the property is well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I appreciate the overall living experience and the effort that goes into making residents feel comfortable and welcome. I’m happy to be part of the Sophia Square community!

  Overall, I’ve had a nice experience living at Sophia Square. The community has been a comfortable place to call home, and I’ve been happy with my experience so far. I appreciate the effort put into making the community a pleasant place for residents. Overall, I’m glad to be living here and would recommend it to others looking for a place to live
