  I would NOT recommend Sofia Square Apartments. My experience living here has been extremely disappointing. Management is unprofessional, communication is terrible, and getting serious concerns addressed feels nearly impossible. One of my biggest concerns has been MOLD. This is not something residents should have to worry about in their own homes, especially when paying this much in rent. In my experience, the situation was not handled with the urgency or seriousness that a potential health and safety concern deserves. Residents should not have to constantly chase management just to have important issues properly addressed. The lack of communication, accountability, and concern for residents is unacceptable. I seriously regret choosing to live here. If you’re considering Sofia Square, I strongly recommend doing your research, asking detailed questions about maintenance and mold concerns, and looking at other options before signing a lease

  Jesus did a great job fixing my dryer! He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He arrived ready to help, quickly figured out the problem, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciate his great service and would definitely recommend Jesus for any maintenance needs. Thank you!
