This is where I raised my children, and I will always be grateful that they grew up in such a safe, peaceful, and welcoming community. The neighborhood is well cared for, and we always felt comfortable and secure. One of the biggest blessings during our time here has been Rosa. From the very beginning, she was always kind, professional, compassionate, and willing to help with anything we needed. Over the years, she became like family to us. Her support, dedication, and genuine care made such a difference, and I will always be thankful for everything she has done for my family. Although we recently purchased our first home and are starting a new chapter, leaving Monterey Pointe was bittersweet because of all the wonderful memories we made here. My family and I are incredibly grateful for the past 20 years. I highly recommend Monterey Pointe to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, and caring place to call home. Thank you to Rosa and the entire team for making this community such a special place. We will always look back on our time here with gratitude and happiness.
