  My husband and I had a wonderful experience with The Club at Emerald Waters! The community is beautiful, and the leasing process was smooth from start to finish. A special thank you to Perry for all of your help and guidance in getting us the apartment we needed. You were professional, kind, and made the entire process so much easier. We truly appreciate everything you did for us. We highly recommend The Club at Emerald Waters!

  I toured ‘The Club at Emerald Waters’ today with Perry Cervantes. Perry was very informative and answered all my questions. I love that there is a sauna on site and the fitness center is open 24/7. I absolutely love the cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom. Looking forward to an opportunity to move here.
