  james gave me great information about their apartments at the club at the emerald water and amenities. everything looks clean and neat and very quiet. pool and gym looks amazing!

  I really enjoyed my tour of the property with James! He was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining everything the property has to offer and was able to answer all of my questions. He made the entire tour feel welcoming and comfortable, and I definitely appreciated how helpful and informative he was. Great experience overall!

  I recently toured Emerald Waters Apartments, and I was really impressed with both the property and the staff. Perry gave me the tour, and he was honestly one of the best leasing agents I’ve met. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and knew the property inside and out. He took the time to answer all of my questions, pointed out details I probably would’ve missed, and made the tour feel relaxed and informative. You can tell he genuinely cares about the community and wants people to find the right place. The property itself is very clean, well maintained, and has a great atmosphere. The amenities are a huge plus, including a nice pool, sauna, gym, and playground. The landscaping and lawn was also very well taken care of throughout the entire complex. I also really liked the apartment layouts and the buildings themselves. The floor plans are practical, the buildings are in good shape, and the community has a comfortable, welcoming feel. The security set up for the complex was also very impressive and made the place seem even more of the perfect choice. Emerald Waters made a great first impression, and Perry played a big part in that. If you’re looking for an apartment in the south florida area, I’d definitely recommend taking a tour here.
