  This was our first time using a rental company to rent our apartment, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Their communication skills are wonderful, and they give you immediate feedback, that is invaluable. They handled everything, finding a tenant, checking their background, writing the lease, etc. Gonzalo was a pleasure to deal with, his follow up was fantastic. If I called the office, Laura always was on top of things. There is no question, I would use them again, and would highly recommend PMI North Lake Homes again. Joan K
