  Horrible place to live. Management does not take care of tenants who follow the rules—instead, they seem to cater to those who are not in compliance. There are constant loud disturbances that are never properly addressed, despite multiple complaints. On top of that, appliances frequently do not work, and maintenance issues are not handled in a timely or effective manner. Very disappointing experience overall.

  Do you want to live peacefully? Be rewarded for being a good tenant? Then look further. The absolute worst development to live in. The absolute worst staff of office ladies/landlords you will ever have. Imagine trying to find peace and comfort with your family and your little children and hearing nothing but a surround sound speaker system coming from the wall joined to yours. All day and all night. Imagine asking the neighbor nicely turn down their music and explaining you have small children, rather than reporting them. Being neighborly. And then imagine that the office puts a letter on your door for misconduct and disruption for knocking on someone’s door in late hours of the night because they are blaring their speaker against your wall and waking you all up. Imagine then, confronting the office and they send you a lawyer stamped letter threatening to evict you. Calling you disruptive and stating you’re not abiding by the guidelines of your lease. What an absolute horrible experience and display of ridiculousness. We have been tenants there for almost 3 years and I can assure you we will not be renewing any longer. Evelyn, Dolly, and Ailyn are just faces and cannot solve any of your issues or help you out in any way. There are neighbors that have the same exact apartment we do, that pay less money monthly than us. People get shot, try to burn the building down when they get evicted and all other criminal activities that go on, but yet we are the disruptive ones. A family of five. It is absolutely pathetic and insane to treat people this way, especially people of good standing. Please, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  I have living at the Halcyon Apartments for the last 30 years. I have seen great improvement and upgrades through the last couple of years. The leasing office personnel is friendly and helpful. Also excellent maintenance service.

  My experience living here was fine until I gave my notice to vacate. Then I saw the true side of this office and community over priced no amenities Dolly is rude and they are over charging me to move out. Do Not Waste Your Time!!!
