  The absolute worst place you can possibly live in !!! It’s always something in these raggedy apartments !!!!!!! ROACH INFESTED !!! And all they do is have some bs pest control come spray hopes dreams and wishes to get rid of the INFESTATION!!!! Cover the building!!! That’s REAL pest control. This place is DISGUSTING and I HATE living here. All Evelyn does is sit in her office on her behind all day !!!! Nobody manages ANYTHING except for how many air filters they can provide you. Made tenants go through all that trouble to behind these stupid gates just for the building to once again be easy access ??? What was the point ??? Like this place sucks so HORRIBLY!!!!! Who are the investors?!?? Now it’s Labor Day weekend and half of the property doesn’t have a properly functioning a/c. It’s a holiday weekend !!! Do better !!!!!!!!!! This place is absolute RUBBISH !!!!

  I’ve lived at Halcyon Hollywood for over eight years, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful place to call home. One of the things I appreciate most is the convenient location. Being close to three different schools is especially helpful for families. I also want to give a special shout-out to the management team Ms. Evelyn, Ms. Dolly, and Ailyn. They have all been absolutely amazing! During their time here, they have consistently been professional, helpful, friendly, and genuinely caring toward the residents, including me. Having a management team that listens, communicates, and makes you feel valued truly makes a difference. After more than eight years here, I can confidently say that the people behind this community are a big reason I’ve enjoyed calling Halcyon Hollywood home. Thank you, Ms. Evelyn, Ms. Dolly, and Ailyn, for everything you do! You’re truly appreciated.

  Yo he vivido en los apartamentos Halcyon por los últimos 14 años. Durante esos años yo he visto los cambios positivos. El personal de la oficina y de mantenimiento son muy agradable y respetuosos. Halcyon es la perfecta comunidad para familias. Mi sueño es vivir en los apartamentos Halcyon por muchos años más.

  Muy malo el lugar muchas personas fumando mariguana las lavadoras no sirven tu las reportas y nunca solucionan el problema solo saben mandar cartas para todo es una carta ,cuando terminan el contrato te quieren descontar hasta el último dolar que si el seguro que si no se que mas cuando sales de la oficina me dijeron que los 500 qur me recogieron me los daban intacto y ahora me llega una carta que descontaron 8 que es una mierda pero es una falta de respecto y tu reclama y te quieren dar el numero de otro lugar porque ellos rentan pero no dan la cara no lo recomiendo
