  I lived in this community for almost two years. In the beginning, everything was wonderful — the property was always clean, and the management team was professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the management changed three or four times during my stay, and each change made things worse. At one point, I asked about transferring from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment. I was promised a callback, but nobody ever contacted me. Eventually, I moved to another community just three minutes away, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. What I want to say is this: with management like this, you’re driving residents away and damaging your own reputation. They also failed to properly handle my security deposit. Even though I provided my new address before moving out, they still mailed the notice to my old address. I had to make multiple trips to ask about it, and only today was I finally able to retrieve the letter from the post office. Unsurprisingly, they added various questionable charges in an apparent attempt to avoid returning my deposit. I won’t become poorer because of $1,000, and you won’t become richer because of it. But your reputation? That’s a different story. Not only have I left a negative review, but I am also prepared to pursue this matter in Small Claims Court. In addition, I have many friends who still live in your community, and I will absolutely be sharing my experience with them and recommending that they move elsewhere. Good customer service, honesty, and professionalism matter. Businesses that rely on misleading practices rarely succeed in the long run. I hope you learn from this and start treating your residents with the respect they deserve

  Very disappointed with the management. My washer is not working and is making very loud and unusual noises. I have already submitted three maintenance requests, and nobody has contacted me or provided any update. At this point, I have been unable to do laundry in my apartment for days, and my requests are simply being ignored. I am leaving this review because I do not know how else to get management's attention. I hope someone will finally respond and resolve this issue. I will gladly update this review once the problem is addressed.

  Agree with everyone that has raved about Johnny from the Artsquare maintenance team. He's been a godsend during the entire time my mother has lived at Artsquare. He knows his stuff, goes above and beyond consistently, and is warm and friendly yet professional and respectful. They are fortunate to have him!
