  We came here for a tour because we’re looking to rent an apartment, and our first impression was very positive. Both the front desk and management staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and welcoming. However, John Paul Collier provided the best service during our visit. He was extremely professional, patient, and thorough, taking the time to explain every detail of the application process clearly and answer all of our questions. The building appears to be very well maintained and offers some great amenities: a swimming pool, gym, game room, an on-site café, and even a movie theater. Yes, you read that right — it has its own movie theater! The apartments themselves are beautiful, modern, and nicely designed. The prices are a little higher compared to some other places we’ve seen in the area, but if it fits your budget, I think it’s absolutely worth it. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

  Jaycee at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She is always so lovely, welcoming, and incredibly helpful whenever I need anything. She truly goes out of her way to help and makes sure everything is taken care of.

  Jeycee is amazing under pressure Saturday I came for a tour with my clients as her working alone on a busy day she handled everything well. Jeycee answered all my questions and my applicant will be applying this Friday thank you jeycee for your amazing service I will be back with more clients soon!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this apartment community has been extremely disappointing. Before I signed my lease, I was told it would be a 12-month lease. After moving in, it turned out to be a 14-month lease. For the past two months, management has repeatedly promised they would send me a corrected 12-month lease, but nothing has happened. Every time I go to the office, I hear the same excuses and empty promises. The management team's attitude has also been very unprofessional and dismissive. It's exhausting having to repeatedly visit the office just to follow up on issues that should have been resolved long ago. The building and my unit have a persistent unpleasant odor that I reported, but no meaningful action has been taken. On top of that, after moving in, I had to wait nearly a month for my washer to be repaired. As a real estate agent, I regularly help people find places to live. I had considered referring prospective tenants to this community, but after my experience, I simply cannot recommend it to anyone. Management, communication, and maintenance all need significant improvement.
