  We moved to Pensacola from Ohio in March of this year. We started working with Tricia from Ohio. She was responsive every time we called. We sent her listings that we would find online. We let her know when we would be here and what homes we wanted to see. She diligently worked with us. Very professional and one of the best Realtors we ever worked with. She found us our forever home and we couldn’t be happier. Would recommend her every time. Call her whether you need to sell or buy. You will be happy that you did.

  Wow! Trisha was always incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout every interaction we had. Selling a home can be stressful under the best circumstances, but doing it while I was living in the Philippines added an extra layer of challenges. Trisha went above and beyond to help facilitate the entire process, keeping things moving and making sure I felt confident even from thousands of miles away. She treated my home with the same care and attention she gave to her other listings. Even though it was an average family home in a quiet neighborhood—not a luxury property—she made me feel like it was just as important. Her dedication, communication, and genuine kindness made a major difference, and I truly appreciate everything she did to help make the sale a success.

  Let me give you three reasons why you should NOT work with Trisha Clause Ramirez. First, if you enjoy paying more money than you have to when buying a home, don’t hire Trisha. I’ve worked multiple transactions with her, and time after time she finds ways to create value for her clients. On two separate deals we worked together, she negotiated for the seller to pay all of the buyer’s closing costs. On one of those transactions, the borrower had started a new job just one day before closing, which created additional challenges. Trisha stayed calm, stayed engaged, and helped keep the deal together all the way to the finish line. Second, if you want an agent who will simply open doors and write contracts, Trisha is not the right fit. She knows when to tell her clients to walk away from a deal and when it’s time to move forward with confidence. She puts her clients’ interests ahead of her own and gives honest advice, even when it isn’t the easy conversation. Third, if you don’t want a strong advocate in your corner, don’t hire Trisha. She communicates, negotiates, solves problems, and works relentlessly on behalf of the people she serves. When obstacles come up, she doesn’t panic. She gets to work. As a mortgage lender, I work with real estate agents all over the country. If I could work with Trisha on every transaction, I would. There are a lot of days I wish Trisha was the only real estate agent I worked with. She consistently puts her clients first and delivers results. I would recommend Trisha Clause Ramirez without hesitation!

  If I could rate Trisha 100 stars, I would! From the very beginning of the process to the very end, she helped us navigate selling our home and purchasing our next home. Even when things got challenging, she made it all very simple for us, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Seriously best realtor ever!!
