  After applying and paying the rental fee, I promptly uploaded my pay stubs and all required documents through their PayScore system. When I emailed them about the lack of response, they only replied to say the unit had already been rented — right after I told them I was filing a complaint with the housing authority. Extremely shady and unprofessional. Do not recommend

  I applied to rent a home that was told had 2 other applicants. They had me sign up for a 3rd party to check if my rent payments are on time. I have personally sent them every pay stub I have, filled out everything with the application only to be given the run around. I offered additionally to pay 3 months rent up front along with a security deposit. They claim they can’t get in touch with old landlords which I have provided every bit of contact information I have for them. At this point it feels they are just taking your application fee while lying to you about having to start the application process on all over from square one. I have never missed a rent payment in my life and have always paid on time. This is either incompetence or intentional. Either way steer clear and don’t do business with them.
