  Outstanding Warranty Service from Don Burrows at Ryan Homes My husband and I purchased a Ryan Home in the Terra Pines Development in January of this year, and as part of the warranty process, we have had the pleasure of working with Don Burrows, Warranty Supervisor with Ryan Homes. While most of the items we contacted the warranty department about were small things or simply questions from inquisitive homeowners, Don consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He always followed up with phone calls, made visits to the property when needed, and never once made us feel that anything we asked was too much trouble. Every issue was addressed promptly and professionally. I am posting this review on the Saratoga page because the Terra Pines Development reviews are now closed. However, I wanted to make sure Don received the recognition he truly deserves for the exceptional service he has provided to us. What impressed us most was the genuine pride Don takes in his work and in making sure homeowners are happy. We could not have asked for anyone who would take as much pride in our home as we do. His dedication, responsiveness, and willingness to help have made the warranty process an incredibly positive experience. My husband and I cannot express how grateful we are for the service we have received from the Ryan Homes Warranty Team, and especially for sending Don our way. He is truly an asset to Ryan Homes, and we feel very fortunate to have had him there to help us along the way. Thank you, Don, for everything you have done for us! You have made a wonderful home-buying experience even better.
