- JSJudyTom SteeleJun 12, 20265.0WOW !!! All I can say is WOW...from the start, my wife and I started looking at Hyland Trail in November 2024. We came back ot February 2025 and met with LaToya. Latoya was AMAZING going over every detail in the home buying process. When we picked our home (move-in ready) we knew we were home. Scott, our Customer Care Manager, walked us through the house, taped certain areas to be corrected, made sure everything worked correctly and went over everything that is covered in the home warranty. Scott checked in with us thoughout the year and reminded us to make a list of items that we found in the first year to be fixed. At the end of our first year, we had several items that needed to be fixed. Scott and I spoke to set the schedule for the contractors to arrive to make the corrections. EVERYONE was able to come on the same day to get everything fixed. Now, these were very minute issues that I could have corrected myself: however, Scott insited that Pulte make the corrections. The entire process and the people at Pulte are just so amazing. Even our closing was awesome...the team working at the Putle office for the closing were so nice and made our experience very delightful. They gave us a beautiful cutting board for a housewarming gift. It sits on our kitchen island for all to see. Thanks you to Pulte Home, LaToya and especially to Scott for being here for us and being on point to get us taken care of and help making our house a HOME...Thank you !!!

- TMThamar MarcJan 31, 20265.0Luis has been absolutely AMAZING to us!! My husband and I have been in the market for a home for quite some time, and we were set on going with Pulte as our builder. Knowing they had several communities in and around the Jacksonville area, we started our journey at Highland Trail and immediately loved what the community had to offer. Although we ultimately did not move forward with Highland Trail, our experience with Luis is the exact reason we chose to stay with Pulte. From day one, he was incredible, so attentive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping us. Every time we visited, we felt truly welcomed. He was extremely informative and thorough, yet never once did he feel pushy. Even while knowing we were exploring multiple communities, Luis continued to go above and beyond, walking us through structural options, explaining what to expect at the design center, and offering valuable insight every step of the way, even before we had fully decided. That level of care and dedication is rare. Honestly, Luis deserves a raise. Pulte has an exceptional salesperson who truly cares about his clients, knowledgeable, intuitive, and outstanding in every way. If I could give him this sale directly, I absolutely would! By the way, we ended up choosing the Wildlight community, and we couldn’t be more excited to finalize our new build. You’re the best Luis, thank you for all you do and anyone looking at Hyland Trail, please see LUIS, you will not be sorry!!!!
