  We are beyond thrilled with The Bartram Apartments. We moved our son to his new one bedroom this week for graduate school. The management staff, Nikolia and Stephanie, we helpful and kind. When we had issues and concerns with the apartment itself (due to user error, not the place itself), Yoan Gomez and Jose Aleman came to the unit to service it and provide assistance so quickly! They were patient and helpful and made this whole process much easier for us. I would strongly recommend the Bartram to anyone looking for a nice place to live near the UF health campus.

  We just moved here from out of state last week and we're already super impressed by how friendly and on top-of-it the staff is. Stephanie in the front office and Darren in maintenance have been awesome! 👏

  The management team and Darren with the maintenance team at Bartram have always been incredibly helpful whenever we’ve needed anything. They address issues quickly, professionally, and with a positive attitude. Everyone is kind, responsive, and genuinely happy to help. It’s been a pleasure living at Bartram for so many years!

  I've lived at the Bartram for a year now, and while the apartments themselves are nice, clean, and quiet, the constant closure of amenities has been extremely frustrating. The main pool has been closed since February, the billiards room and zen garden have been unavailable for months, and now the clubhouse is closed for another 4 weeks during summer. At this point, the only option is the lap pool, which is usually occupied by residents exercising and not really usable as a relaxing community space. As far as the other open amenities, we have the gym which is always dirty (it is not uncommon for the gym to have absolutely no wipes, so sweat gets built up on all of the equipment. i also usually leave covered in dirt from the weights and dirty mats), and the dog park which was closed most of this past fall. Further, this apartment complex is marketed as safe and secure, but it seems every time I open my door to leave my unit there are construction men in the hallways, propping doors open so anyone can stroll in, and smoking right outside residents’ apartments. I do not feel safe when I am being ogled every time I leave my unit and the building is constantly left open during construction. The lack of privacy and security has become really uncomfortable. For a complex marketed as “luxury,” it feels like residents are paying for amenities we cannot use. We renewed because of the closeness to UF and expected the construction to be temporary, but conditions have only continued to get worse and i'm definitely second guessing my decision.
