- JYjmmusic ytAug 5, 20261.0I am finding the people in Stoneridge leasing office to be ARGUMENTATIVE. Whenever I speak to MyKal, he is always condescending and rude. The guy doesn’t have the skills to be in front desk or pick up calls. Emely is compassionate and has good communication skills. Mykal on the other hand, just wants people off his face. Many a times, he says he would get back, but cuts off the call. I always find his tone condescending towards internationals and responses rude. I would understand if someone doesn’t like their job, but that should not be the reason to ruin my day.
- JJJayanthAug 5, 20261.0Wish I could give zero stars. The leasing process was very disappointing. Communication was slow, and the entire process was unnecessarily delayed. They repeatedly asked for the same documents and often sent requests at the last minute. They never have clear answers to your questions and always say they can’t provide a timeline. They often promise to get back to you the same day but never do. The building also has a roach problem despite what they claim. Also it feels like they just wait for the new tenant to submit maintenance requests for everything that needs fixing!! Overall, there was no effort to provide a smooth or decent move-in experience. I hope they improve their communication, accountability and property maintenance!!
