  Very disappointing maintenance experience. We put in a work order for our dishwasher over 5 weeks ago. Someone came out, inspected it, and told us it couldn’t be repaired and that a new dishwasher would need to be ordered. We waited patiently for weeks and followed up multiple times through emails and by going to the leasing office. Each time, we were essentially told that the dishwasher was “yet to come.” Then, 5 weeks later, someone came out today and did the exact same inspection, told us again that it couldn’t be repaired, and said, “Okay, we’ve placed an order today.” So my question is: What was happening for the past 5 weeks? If the decision was already made that a replacement was needed, why was the order apparently only placed today? The lack of communication, follow-through, and basic customer service has been extremely frustrating. We shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase the leasing office for something as basic as a working dishwasher.

  Extremely frustrating and unacceptable service. My dishwasher has been broken for over six weeks. Despite multiple maintenance requests and repeated visits to the leasing office, the issue remains unfixed with no timeline in sight.

  Maintenance Sucks: This is the 2nd time our dish washer broker and it takes them months for them to fix it When asked, they told us to use your hands to wash the utensils

  Wish I could give zero stars. The leasing process was very disappointing. Communication was slow, and the entire process was unnecessarily delayed. They repeatedly asked for the same documents and often sent requests at the last minute. They never have clear answers to your questions and always say they can’t provide a timeline. They often promise to get back to you the same day but never do. The building also has a roach problem despite what they claim. Also it feels like they just wait for the new tenant to submit maintenance requests for everything that needs fixing!! Overall, there was no effort to provide a smooth or decent move-in experience. I hope they improve their communication, accountability and property maintenance!!
