- AAAustinJun 23, 20261.0While advertised as “luxury” when it was built, the build quality is very poor and now deteriorating. The floors are warping, cabinets falling apart, and AC is underpowered and cannot keep the units very cool when it even works. Office staff are not aware about the inherent problems with the complex, and thus, the problems go unfixed. The trash valet service results in a garbage smell and grime in the elevators. Once you sign the lease, you cannot get ahold of the office for the many problems without going in person which is difficult if you have a job during the day. I would strongly avoid for the price as there are better and cheaper complexes in the same area.
