  Five stars for the maintenance team and office staff! I appreciate their helpfulness and the work they put into supporting residents. They deserve recognition for everything they do for the community.

  My apartment at Aqua at Windmeadows had a serious rat infestation for over a month. They tore open food packages and left droppings throughout the apartment. I bought traps and used a wildlife camera, which captured several large rats, but management did not take effective action. Even the pest-control worker said the poison would not solve the problem. My upstairs neighbor also told me that she had been bitten by a rat while sleeping. I moved out because I could not expose my two young children to these unsafe conditions. They then withheld my security deposit and charged me additional fees. Completely unacceptable—do not make the mistake of moving here!

  Eddie at Windmeadows has been incredibly helpful and professional. He is always friendly, responsive, and willing to help whenever I have a question or need assistance. I really appreciate his positive attitude and the way he makes residents feel welcomed and taken care of. Great customer service… thank you, Eddie!

  First Of The Very Well Manicured Grand Entrance Is Breathe Taking. And Get This "The Staff Is On Par With The Beautiful Placid Location" !!!! The Troops Are A Definite Reflection Of The Management Team. My Tour Guide and Ambassador Ed or Eddie Was A Credit To The Experiences. I'm Looking Forward To Calling Aqua At Windmeadows Home In October!!!

  Aqua at Windmeadows is a prime spot to be living in! Everything I need is literally within walking distance. Just moved in and getting used to the Gainesville area. Butler Plaza has everything and more so I never have to go far. Got a chance to work with Joseph and he made the move-in process very easy and hassle free. It was true delight working with him. Fins Up! There were a few items that we needed to get addressed with Maintenance at the beginning but they were swift and attentive about getting everything resolved.
