I lived at Aqua at Windmeadows for 3 years, and I strongly recommend that you do **not** live here. My first unit had a severe cockroach infestation that was never properly resolved despite repeated complaints. After transferring units, my second unit developed mold in the walls following a water leak, and management failed to properly address the issue. The front office was consistently unprofessional, difficult to communicate with, and often had dismissive attitudes toward residents. There were constant false promises that maintenance issues would be fixed, but little follow-through. Instead of solving problems, they delayed, made excuses, and left residents to deal with the consequences. This complex looks nice on the surface, but my experience was filled with ongoing maintenance problems, poor communication, and management that failed to take accountability. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. There are far better apartment communities that actually value their residents.

(actually lived here for 2 years lol) Moved into CC-294 in Fall of 2024. Within the first week, the air conditioning completely went out, and the garbage disposal needed to replaced and only after seeing water pour out from the sink cabinetry and flood the kitchen. It took maintenance over a week to address the A/C, which ended up needing a total replacement and management provided me with only a portable fan in the meantime while it was 90+ degrees in August. Maintenance had to return several times throughout the leasing period due to the A/C being improperly installed the first time, and management is particularly unhelpful when it came to follow ups or even processing initial repair requests. Donna and Cathy will be name-dropped, avoid interacting with them at all costs as theyre clueless with a bad attitude. The only staff in the entire complex who are helpful are Jinky and Walter, who had very limited control over the situation but at least had a sliver of empathy and urgency. The next year, I signed to a different unit (R-201), only to find out that there had been unresolved piping issues that were not disclosed to me in the initial inspection or in file. Within the first month of moving in, I noticed the ceiling in the kitchen had a small hole in it. Come to find out, water from the apartment above had been leaking through the ceiling and walls, to which I found it had built up behind the sink and was sitting at hip-level for god knows how long. As you can imagine, the mold grew. On the floor, on the walls, in the cabinets, in the ceiling, behind the drywalls. They had to gut half my kitchen (TWICE) to finally fix the issue, and offered 0 reimbursement or reparations for the inconvenience of the work being done while I was still living there. All of that, and they had the nerve to try and increase rent from my first apartment $1300/mo to $1600, and the second apartment was already asking for $2100/mo for 800 sq ft and no kitchen. Do not sign here, you have been warned. Below are a few of the pictures and progress of the mold situation from my second apartment (which took management literal weeks to address). Thats not all of them, just the ones <30 seconds. There is a full timeline documented:) Enjoy and stay away.

Was alerted from management about inspections less than 24 hours before occurring, violating lease agreement. Still true to make appointment for a specific time with the office then no one showed at the appointment. After expressing I wanted to be there when employees that do not work for the company are in the apartment management said they would call me back, received no call and apartment was entered without my permission
