  Visited Aqua at Windmeadows to tour apartment units and Eddie C was a absolute joy to work with. Super friendly, showed us two units that my friends and I were interested in, and took the time to answer all of our questions. I also got the sense that he was being genuine with his answers and not simply telling us what we wanted to hear to get us locked in to apply.

  Great place to live! Aqua at Windmeadows is in a really convenient location with easy access to shopping and dining. The property is always well-maintained, and the amenities are a nice bonus. As a resident, I’ve had a great experience with the staff—they’re friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Maintenance is also fast and reliable, which makes a big difference. The apartments are comfortable and truly feel like home. Definitely recommend living here!

  We have been working with Aqua Apartments for a while now, and they are easily one of our favorite properties to service. Cathy and Jen make the entire process seamless. They are incredibly organized, professional, and always stay on top of the details. It’s clear that they value high-quality work and maintain a great environment for their residents. Having a management team that communicates effectively and treats their vendors with respect makes a world of difference. Huge thanks to Cathy and Jen for being such fantastic partners!

  As a vendor for Aqua Apartments, I can’t say enough good things about the management team here. Working with Cathy and Jen has been an absolute pleasure. They are true professionals who clearly take pride in the upkeep and standard of their community. Communication is always prompt and clear, which makes our job on-site much more efficient. It’s rare to find a team that is so organized and dedicated to ensuring that both their residents and their service providers have what they need to succeed.
