  Rent increased $300 during my stay. No renovations made to the apartment. Dish washer started smoking when turned on, AC went out, old washer and dryer, unknown particles came from guest bathroom faucet. Mold in bathroom

  Nice, clean and the perfect hospitality Daphne, John, Bre, and Ashley were all perfect in insuring I had everything I needed.

  From the first contact with Daphne to my very last day the experience was professional and very delightful. Daphne and the team were very easy to get in contact with and handled everything in a timely manner. John was very knowledgeable and assisted with a quick response every time. The complex was clean and quiet and the apartments were spacious. Great place to live!!

  By far one of the best places to live in Fort Walton Beach. Mrs. Daphne Jackson is a complete superstar and was always there when I needed her.

  Hello everyone! This has been a long time respond or feedback from me. I shoudlve done this review a long time ago. I just want to say thank you to Miss Daphne and Miss Candy and my 2 favorite maintenance guy which i didnt even get a chance to know their names! Ive been stationed at Eglin AFB for 3yrs and 2yrs ive stayed/lived in this peaceful and super nice Luxury Apartments (MadisonParc). I would highly recommend this apartment because there is nothing you can ask for. You are close to malls, gas stations, restaurants etc.besides that their awesome customer service they could Ever give you. Like i said “luxury” but the price is right. If i am still there i will still be living there. Hope this review can help you guys out!
