  Hunter was very professional and knowledgeable. I was having technical issues with Rentvine and he patiently walked me through it over the phone to remedy the problem. Highly recommend. Thank you.

  All American Realty has been my property management company for over three years, managing my home while I lived not only out of state, but also out of the country. When I decided to sell my house, I knew immediately that I wanted them to handle the sale. Challenges inevitably come up when managing any property, and Tony and his team always communicated effectively, acted quickly, and provided thoughtful, prudent guidance. They consistently went above and beyond to take care of me. They held every repair and service to a high standard while also making sure bids were fair and costs were appropriate for the work being provided. I always felt confident that they were spending my money as carefully as they would their own, without ever sacrificing quality. If they ever felt something could have been handled differently or better, they stepped in and made it right. When it came time to sell my house, Hunter did an incredible job. He was exceptionally communicative, responsive, and effective. I never had to worry about something being overlooked or dropped, he kept my stress extremely manageable, despite me juggling a full time job, puppy, and pregnancy (yay! and thankful is an understatement). Throughout the entire process, Tony and Hunter made sure my best interests were protected. They clearly explained potential risks, reassured me when my expectations were reasonable, and were equally willing to tell me when I needed to be more open-minded. I valued that honesty tremendously. I would trust Tony and Hunter with any property I own. I only wish I could hire them in every state where I might buy or sell a home!
