I fell in love with both the townhomes and villas, both offering something that I could truly see myself living in. The sales representative Michelle was so relatable and kind, she went out of her way to walk me through all the details of the community, all the options I could change in the home, and even gave me a cost estimate at the end to give me a real idea of what everything would cost. She took her time to make sure I understood everything and was so nice, even when I asked a million questions. Ryan Homes should have one of her in every community. Thank you again Michelle!

After we went to see the Marina close by had lunch in a Mexican restaurant and got the flavor of living in a Beach town with class. My wife and I will really enjoy living in Ft Pierce at Savannah Lakes.
