  I can’t say enough good things about Thomas! My realtor, Jordan Hess, recommended him to us, and I’m so glad he did. From the very beginning, Thomas was so kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He was always available to answer my questions and never once made me feel like any question was too small or silly. At one point, I even told my realtor that “Thomas works magic,” because he truly made things happen that I didn’t think were going to be possible. He helped us get exactly what we wanted and made the whole process so much easier and less stressful than I expected. You can tell Thomas genuinely cares about the people he works with. He was patient, reassuring, and always willing to explain things when I didn’t understand. I’m extremely grateful for everything he did to help us get into our new home. I would 100% recommend Thomas to anyone looking for a lender!

  Let me tell you something about Thomas Jussila. I was looking for houses for quite a while and I’ve got set up with three different realtors. I had a good one… A bad one… And one that just straight up didn’t have time… But all of them all had something in common. They highly recommend recommended Thomas at CityWide. After finding a beautiful home and working with citywide mortgage I got in contact Thomas. I have never felt so comfortable working with him. He was very supportive. Helped envision what this home could be for my family. We went through step-by-step task of what needed to be done to ensure that we get the home we desired. Thomas was always there if and when we had questions and was not a company that only got a hold of you between 9 to 5… I have still gotten answers question as late as 9 o’clock at night… He was very accommodating and helped us find very reasonable home insurance. Working with Thomas was extremely stress free and I am very thankful for him and everyone he referred me to. If anybody needs a real and reasonable lender, Thomas is your guy.

  Thomas was incredibly responsive at all hours. He always personally responded almost immediately when I had questions, even when he was traveling out at sea or on a different continent. He helped guide me in the early stages of the process as a first time home buyer. He is a well of knowledge in his field and very pleasant to work with.

  From the first phone call to our final closing day. Thomas and his team did the absolute most for us in buying our first home. As someone new to the real estate space Thomas was able to explain everything clearly and easily for me to understand. We've had to call many times with all of our questions and he always ready to answer. Ultimately Thomas was knowledgeable and reassuring and was able to get us into our first home.
