  I just had an awful experience here at the oasis at cypress wood. The property manager Maddison Malt came knocking at my door with 2 men, to pick up a fire extinguisher, which I didn't know about. Anyway, I understood and didn't mind at all handing it over for a needed inspection. But at that moment I was in the shower. She was asked if she could give me 10 minutes. Just so I could step out and get dressed. She came back in 4 minutes banging at my door, scaring my 7 month old baby. So I put on a towel and told her to just wait until I got dressed, it would only be like 5 minutes. She continued to bang at my door and harass me, my baby, and my senior mother. She expected me to just walk out naked and give her what she needed with 2 men by her side. I finally was able to open the door, and she did not care at all about the situation. She said this was my fault for not putting it out. NOTHING EXCUSSES THAT BEHAVIOR. and she's been working here 6 years. I have never in my life felt so violated, and harassed anywhere I lived in.

  I had an excellent experience working with my leasing agent - Imran, throughout the apartment search and leasing process. From the very beginning, Imran was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in answering all of my questions. Imran took the time to thoroughly explain the community, amenities, lease terms, and move-in process, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. What stood out most was Imran's genuine willingness to help and ensure that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate Imran's assistance and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home. Thank you.

  I have to post anonymously as I live across the hall from drug addicts. I do not want my name published but management knows who I am. We have a 2 year old daughter and living here has become very dangerous. Management continues to do nothing about marijauna smoking in apartments. Also random roommates keep moving in and out of the apartment across the hall. My neighbors have had 3 random, separate, roommates in the last 18 months. Living in this “luxury” apartment is a nightmare. The internet goes down very frequently since we switched to Blue Stream Fiber. We have had multiple outages last month that have all lasted several hours. Management continues to collect money but are unable to provide basic internet. They give no credits towards the bill and you are expected to pay. Living here is worse than living in a third world country. Management has turned this oasis into the “Slums at Cypress Woods”, Management offers gift cards for anyone that will leave a post. You don’t have to live here. You can just be a random friend of a leasing agent and leave a post. I am a resident. This is a real post. These are serious problems!

  As a "VIP" resident, I am extremely disappointed with the internet service in this community. Multiple outages since switching to the new internet company, Blue Stream Fiber. The previous internet company was bad, this company is far worst. They do not give you the option to pick your own internet company and the price you pay for the "package internet" cost more montly than the big name reliable internet companies. For those who are looking for a new place to live, I highly recommend asking about the internet options available before you make your decision. If you work remotely at home or if you are a student, having internet is important. There have been many times when the internet goes out, I would have to drive out to a Starbucks or a McDonalds just to use their wifi to get my work done. I have addressed this issue with the management, but there have been no solution with the internet outages. This place is not bad, but the internet is a huge deal-breaker for me. Do your research on Blue Stream Fiber and make that decision for yourself.

  It’s wonderful that Picerne encourages friends and families that visit the property to leave reviews about their experiences. What’s unfortunate is when movie night is cancelled because the internet doesn’t work. Having a luxury apartment isn’t worth it if you can’t have basic necessities like working Internet. Multiple outages a month is unheard of.
