  I would NOT recommend Promenade at Reflections Lakes based on my experience living at this property. After being a resident for several years, I expected much better communication, professionalism, maintenance, and treatment from management. One of my biggest concerns was maintenance and safety. I repeatedly reported issues with my air conditioning over a period of months and was told there was nothing wrong. Eventually, a damaged breaker wire was discovered, which was extremely concerning because of the potential electrical and fire risk. As a mother with a young child living in the apartment, I found it unacceptable that my concerns were not taken more seriously from the beginning. Communication with management was another major frustration. Getting clear answers regarding my account, move-out charges, and final balance was unnecessarily difficult. When a resident is trying to do the right thing and resolve their account, they should not have to repeatedly reach out just to understand what they owe, what the charges are for, and how payment can be made. I also had ongoing concerns during my residency involving the property and neighboring residents that made me uncomfortable in my own home. I made efforts to communicate these concerns and follow community policies, but I often felt that my concerns were not handled with the level of urgency or consideration I expected. What disappoints me most is that I lived at this community for approximately five years. Long-term residents should feel valued, heard, and safe. Instead, by the end of my residency, I was simply relieved to move out. The property itself may look appealing, but prospective residents should understand that management responsiveness, maintenance follow-through, safety concerns, and communication matter just as much as appearance and amenities. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Promenade at Reflections Lakes. If you are considering moving here, I strongly suggest carefully reading your lease, documenting maintenance requests and communications in writing, taking photos/videos, and keeping copies of your payment and move-out records.

  Great complex well maintained, management is great. They are all great but to signal one out brittany is super helpful and really cares about residents

  Just moved here July 1st. Maintenance crew and office ladies have been fantastic. Everyone has been great.

  We had a great experience with the leasing office staff and the overall community. The Kathy and kierra very polite, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The community is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. We truly appreciate their friendly service and positive attitude. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live!

  Since we got our showing with Kierra Elliott and Karen helping. Kierra was great with all the answers we had while showing us the unit on 12 apt 107.Kierra was wonderful at all levels that had to be done ,expected to be accomplish ,and what was expected of us to get to be owners at Reflection lakes in #7781 apt 107. This takes time and all concern were exceptional to the finish. Bert Paradis
