It has been over four years since I moved out, and I am still dealing with a collection account related to this property only because I am now fighting it on my own with no help. If you're in a similar situation, my advice is to keep copies of everything before you move out, including photos, videos, and any communication with management. If you receive a collection notice from National Credit Systems, don't ignore it. Request documentation (through email, never on phone call) supporting every charge, including itemized invoices, contractor invoices, receipts, move-out inspection reports, photographs, and any other evidence supporting the claimed damages they supposedly have. If you believe your concerns are not being addressed, consider filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). You have every right to defend yourself and request documentation supporting the debt being collected. I have done so because I requested documentation supporting the charges being reported against me, and I am still waiting for a response to my written request. My goal is simply to encourage others to document everything, understand their rights, and never pay a penny on a collection account until the debt collector has provided documentation supporting the charges they are attempting to collect.

This place is a nightmare. The apartment came with certain things broken to start and we brought it up to their attention and they rigged what ever was broken so for 15 months my wife and I didn’t have a closet door around children …. The was never a wifi box in the home which is what they call it even though its called a modem which again we told them at the very beginning so even though internet was included we still payed for it on our own. so they owe us 1350 in just internet alone.Outside of that for the majority of the time we didn’t have access to the pool via our key fobs the gym or the mail room unless we constantly requested it to make worse the battery on our lock has died multiple times either not allowing us to enter our home or leave because if we left with out the battery working our home would be unlocked. Outside of that our dishwasher never worked properly so we never used it. The ventilation system worked poorly our neighbors upstairs were smoking weed and it was seeping into our home while my kids slept in a no smoking community which i made complaints and they did nothing but issue a letter to everyone or an email to everyone about not smoking in your home or balcony. This place of business is shady and this is why .. The team overseeing the community with out notice tried charging me a month of rent , cleaning fees , a fee to replace a modem that we never had , they tried saying I moved out 5 days later but for 5 days i tried giving the keys to the office but every time I went during hours of operation whether it was right when they opened or the middle of the day they were closed for no reason i even came back multiple times in a day and no one was ever there. Now with all the being said they charged me for these things and sent it to collections. I had to receive an email in order for me know. Now ive called twice and was told management will call me and never did. So please people be careful trying to move into this neighborhood. These communities are being ran by agencies that don’t care about who they represent. Run from this place ive lived in lesser places and have gotten better treatment. I’m going to bring this to a lawyer because i am not the only who is being abused by this community. They have great deals to move in but they will attack your credit fir no reason and never do anything to help you. If anyone already lives here just get a lawyer ahead of time. Good luck to anyone reading this and still deciding to move in you’ll need it. I couldn’t do zero stars if not I would this is a terrible place to live. Go anywhere else but here you’ll be in debt for no reason and you’ll never enjoy any benefits of living here.

I’ve been locked out of my house, pool, gym, mail room and everything else I could possibly need a key to bc this management company sucksssss. I’ve lived here 5+ years and have never been able to use any of the amenities, NOT ONCE, bc they won’t fix the keys. DONT MOVE HERE. ITS A TRAP. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT NO MATTER WHAT. PRICED AT LUXURY LIVING BUT YOUR PARKING SPOTS YOU PAY $70 A MONTH FOR WILL GET TAKEN AND THEY DONT CARE, THE KEY YOU USE TO LOCK YOUR DOOR WILL LOCK YOU OUT MULTIPLE TIMES THROUGHOUT THE MONTH, THE KEY YOU USE TO GET INTO ANY AMENITIES WILL NOT WORK. DONT MOVE HERE.

I am a resident they wont answer the phone and the clubhouse is always closed maybe they will reply to this. They keep changing my gate access code and revoking my access to the app so then we are locked out of our apartment complex and unable to get in and have to park by the club house and walk! So luxurious!!!!
