  This place is lovely but what I don't agree with is when my.sisywr moves in an her husband pays for vale trash sn they still don't pick up her trash they leave the trash so the coons get too it an trash is all over the place stairs door parking lot it's disgusting so this is why I rate it 2 star bc they need to work on picking up people's trash of they paying for it it's only fair also water goe is water getting I to the walla if they are brand new apartments wow major mold hassard there's a lot that they need to tighten up on just saying for such a proce an beautiful place am apartments

  1. Apartment wasn’t clean upon move in July. -stickers on windows, ants on floor, dirty fridge drawer in dishwasher 2. Water pressure is low in kitchen faucet and comes out cold. Maintenance couldn’t fix it after multiple calls and basically suggested turning up water heater which makes no sense because all bathrooms and showers come out perfect. 3. Be prepared for lack of communication once you move in. They don’t pick up phone calls at all and when I called to follow up they ignored calling me back like they said they would. You will get repeatedly forwarded to voicemail. 4. Hidden fees will show up for waste and water after 2nd month. We moved in 2 months ago thinking things have been resolved from previous comments and they have not. We moved in to their”newly remodeled model”

  Seven different property managers in under one year. Played games when it came to lease renewal. After we moved out and we sent a letter disputing charges they still sent us to collections without negotiating. They will be receiving a letter from my lawyer shortly. Hell Henry even told me in person they sent us to collections before they even got our letter of dispute back. They have failed to return phone calls or letters. I wish I could post pictures here. The apartment was cleaner when we moved out then we when moved in. They tried to claim September rent when our lease ended in August and we gave notice. They tried to bill us for water in September when we moved out in August. They tried to bill us for urine stained carpets when we have photos and documented on move in sheet that there were yellow stains in the apartment at move in. We even had the carpets cleaned before moving out. Would never recommend this place to anyone. All I can say is if you do decide to live here to document and take photos of everything. They will attempt to bill you for everything upon move out.

  I moved here at the end of November and honestly I am shocked by the reviews of this place. I absolutely love it here. The community is always kept clean and neat. My apartment is modern and up to date on all the equipment. I showed them literally just a few minor details I noticed when I moved in to make a note of it Incase we ever moved so we didn’t get blamed for it but other than that the office staff is Always so nice, helpful and keep residents informed of information in our community. The two times I have had to request maintenance they have been efficient and fix the problem right away and no issues since. Even though there is no gate, the community is nice, quiet for the most part (besides the traffics bc of busy road we live off of) and safe.
