My family and I toured an apartment with Kevin and absolutely fell in love with the unit and the price. They also offered a really great deal. Kevin makes the process easy and responds very quickly. Sad to know he’s transferring to a sister property but he assured us we will be taken care of by the management. We are excited to move in!
Overall the grounds and apartment itself were great! However, the prices are incredibly high and it can take a while to get a response back. I had lived in the two bedroom with a roommate and then moved into a single and ended up paying about the same amount alone ($1900 after fees). I do wish there was a way to pay rent in other ways because there is a $60 “convenience fee” for paying rent online. I lived in a corner apartment that I loved but it was right next to the elevator and alarms would go off all the time. Typically after a power outage a loud beeping would go off and it took about a day to stop most the time, one time they didn’t get to it for 3 days. Dog park is great but many of the people living there don’t have “friendly dogs” so I would ask to see if I could let my dog in and was often told no. A couple residents also would let their dogs roam off leash and approach my dog (thank goodness he is friendly but made me nervous with non-friendly dogs). Not on the apartments end, but adding a question about dogs being okay with others for screening and having rules surrounding the dog park might be a great addition. Maintenance was always super friendly and made sure maintenance requests were attended to quickly (and except the elevator but I don’t believe that is part of their responsibility).

Maintenance team is great they come to check my place really fast I have no issues all of them are nice and respectful and they explain what they’re doing and give me tips. I never experienced this in another complex.
I love my luxury apartment and the amenities at Murano. The staff is wonderful. Maintenance is amazing and prompt. That being said, this complex is excellentl for 30 and under. The sound barrier between floors is virtually non-existent. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors are doing. And they are doing a lot all night. Also, once FGCU is back in session, parking becomes a problem. If you are young, this complex is definitely for you. The property is gorgeous. However, the parking after 7 or 8 PM is atrocious. I live at the back building and I am parking up by the Leasing office. Considering you have a multitude of college kids living here and 3 to 5 cars per apartment, I wouldn't recommend this complex for single living. Or anyone over 30.

Joanna was amazing! She helped us with everything and made the entire application process smooth and easy. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We really appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend moving here!
