  I had an excellent experience working with Kelsey. From the very beginning, he was professional, honest, patient, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to answer all of my questions, clearly explain the process and policies, and make sure I understood everything before moving forward. I never felt pressured or misled at any point. What stood out most was Kelsey’s transparency and attention to detail. He made sure expectations were clear and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Making a large purchase can be stressful, so having someone knowledgeable and straightforward made a huge difference. Based on my personal experience, I would absolutely feel comfortable working with Kelsey again and recommending him to others. He was attentive, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was comfortable with my decisions. My experience with him was extremely positive from start to finish.

  In my experience, Kelsey was disingenuous, lacked transparency, and did not explain the store’s policies and procedures. Important information was not communicated upfront. I believe customers deserve honesty, clear communication, and a straightforward explanation of policies before making decisions regarding a large purchase. Based on my experience with Kelsey, I would have serious concerns about entrusting him with any business relationship where honesty, transparency, and attention to detail are essential. If this is how he handles his customers at City Home Furniture, I would personally have reservations about working with him in any other professional capacity. This experience with Kelsey has left me with a very negative impression, and I would encourage anyone considering doing business with him to make sure they ask detailed questions, get policies clearly explained and verify everything before moving forward. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and financially damaging due to his incompetency.

  Kelsey was a consummate professional as he helped us navigate a difficult and changing market. From setting realistic goals, turning around the offer and addendums quickly, and showing amazing negotiating prowess, Kelsey demonstrated his value, trustworthiness, and ability to get things done! We are grateful for the effort and attention to detail he showed throughout out the entire process!

  We just closed on a property with no hiccups. From the house hunt to closing, Kelsey was on top of everything. He was able to make the whole process go smoothly. He took into account what our needs were and he patiently led us to a property that we were 100% into. He went over and beyond what a realtor would usually do for a client. He responded to our phone calls and texts almost immediately. Overall, Kelsey made the house buying experience in this crazy market very smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend Kelsey to anybody looking for a reputable realtor.

  absolutely amazing, first time home buyer and my realtor Kelsey went above and beyond to acquire my home, very thorough and is jam-packed full of information that can help you out and most definitely helped me out, even though the road to getting my home was unbelievably bumpy and only held on by a few threads he was there giving me all the information I needed and different solutions we could try doing to ensure that I move in on the estimated date ,long story short if I plan on selling my house I am going back to him no question absolutely amazing customer service and loyalty to the people
