  I lived in this complex for about a year and a half in a third‑floor 2 bed/2 bath unit, and overall my experience was okay — not great, not terrible, just somewhere in the middle. Maintenance was usually quick to respond, which I appreciated. However, I dealt with recurring issues like my garbage disposal and washing machine. Even though the team fixed things fast, the fact that the same problems kept happening was frustrating. The walkways definitely need more attention. The floors were often very dirty and could benefit from more frequent power‑washing, especially considering the price of rent here. Around the grassy areas, there’s a noticeable amount of trash and dog waste. I did see maintenance doing daily rounds, but it still felt like an ongoing issue. The front gate was another problem. People crashed into it repeatedly, and for most of my 1.5‑year stay, it was broken. They finally replaced the entire system toward the end of my lease, and it’s been functioning fine for the last few months. The package room needs better security. During Christmas 2025, all the packages were stolen, and residents weren’t formally notified. I only found out after going to the office to ask about mine. I understand theft isn’t always preventable, but not sending out a notice felt unprofessional. Amenities like the pool and gym are average — nothing special, but not bad either. The complex is very pet‑friendly, which is a big plus. Allowing up to three pets is generous and rare. Overall, I’d say living here was fine. Some things could have been better, but it wasn’t the worst experience either. It’s a bit pricey, but the community feels safe and the location is very convenient. Three stars feels fair.

  I have enjoyed living at Cypress Legends for the last 2 years. The apartment is quiet and has a pleasant layout. Maintenance and office staff are skilled, friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept and the complex is not too large.

  I am extremely grateful to the front office and the maintenance crew. I left a very important item next to my car parked at my daughter’s apartment. Maintenance found it, turned it in, and the front office kept it safe for the fees days I was gone. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for everyone’s honesty. Thank you again!!!

  No matter what business or product reviews you look at there's always going to be good and bad experiences. I've read over some of the bad reviews and what they're claiming can't all be true. My wife and I have lived here for almost 2 years and anything that has broke had been fixed immediately, any pest issues were taken care of on the spot, maintenence issues were dealt with within 24 hours. If you do read the reviews and come across a bad one about this community and you read about 5 or 6 things wrong with this and that has got to be outrageous! The entire up front staff and maintenence crew will take care of you to their best ability! Yes things break or fall apart but that's any home living experience and this community goes out of their way to make it RIGHT! I would advise you to at least take a tour and see what this place has to offer! Ask for our favorite... Ari!!! She is the most uplifting spirit in a person you'll ever meet. You'll never ever go to any other apartment complex and find someone as bubbly and kindhearted that while driving by says hi and knows you and everyone else by name. You won't get that anywhere else!

  I came in on a weekday to see the property and when I walked in I was warmly welcomed by ARI. She acknowledged me and showed me around the community. She made me feel warm and welcomed. That’s why I chose Cypress Legends! When I moved in she was very helpful the entire time and every time I seen her in the community I am welcomed with a smile and a wave always. She is everything a community needs! Thank you ARI
