I've read over some of the bad reviews and what they're claiming can't all be true. My wife and I have lived here for almost 2 years and anything that has broke had been fixed immediately, any pest issues were taken care of on the spot, maintenence issues were dealt with within 24 hours. If you do read the reviews and come across a bad one about this community and you read about 5 or 6 things wrong with this and that has got to be outrageous! The entire up front staff and maintenence crew will take care of you to their best ability! Yes things break or fall apart but that's any home living experience and this community goes out of their way to make it RIGHT! I would advise you to at least take a tour and see what this place has to offer! Ask for our favorite... Ari!!! She is the most uplifting spirit in a person you'll ever meet. You'll never ever go to any other apartment complex and find someone as bubbly and kindhearted that while driving by says hi and knows you and everyone else by name. You won't get that anywhere else!

She made me feel warm and welcomed. That’s why I chose Cypress Legends! When I moved in she was very helpful the entire time and every time I seen her in the community I am welcomed with a smile and a wave always. She is everything a community needs! Thank you ARI
