  Would not recommend. The leasing office gives different answers depending on who you talk to, and important information doesn’t seem to get explained upfront. The communication has been frustrating, especially when it comes to fees and lease-related changes. Instead of feeling valued as a resident, I’ve felt ignored and misled throughout the process. If you decide to move here, make sure you read every line of your lease carefully and get every promise in writing before signing anything

  I find it interesting that my review received a response almost immediately, yet it has been several days since I sent an email and I have still not received a response. Adrianna, the Board Director, has yet to reply as well. It’s disappointing to see such prompt attention given to public reviews while direct concerns remain unanswered. I would appreciate the same level of communication and urgency when addressing resident concerns.

  I rarely leave reviews, but my experience living here has been disappointing from the beginning. When I was considering moving in, I specifically requested a unit with regular flooring and made it clear that I did not want a fully carpeted home. I was persuaded to accept a fully carpeted unit after being told by Christina that I would receive an additional free month as an incentive. Later, I discovered that other residents, including those who received the flooring they originally requested, were also receiving two months free. That left me feeling misled and wondering why I was encouraged to compromise on a major preference for a benefit that was apparently being offered to everyone. The communication regarding lease terms has been equally frustrating. A clause allowing rent increases during the lease term based on LIHTC guidelines was never clearly explained during the leasing process. While I understand residents are responsible for reading their leases, this is a significant provision that can directly affect a family’s finances and should be communicated openly and transparently. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability. When concerns were raised, Lauren’s response was not to acknowledge the misinformation or address the concerns in a meaningful way, but rather to dismiss them. At no point did I feel that management took responsibility for the inaccurate information provided during the leasing process. The property itself may work well for some people, but my experience has been marked by poor communication, inconsistent information, and a lack of transparency. The most frustrating part is not even the rent increase itself—it’s feeling like important information was omitted until it became convenient to reference it. Future residents should ask detailed questions, request all promises in writing, and carefully review every clause before signing. Had I been given complete and accurate information from the start, I would’ve reconsidered moving in.
