Lexie is an absolute gem and a rock star! I have spoken with several reps at Associa and, while, they were all kind and respectful for the most part, Lexie is the only one that stepped up and took accountability and ensured that my issue was resolved. I'm so very appreciative of her and want to make sure she's recognized for going well above and beyond!

When I was having difficulty with a form that was required to conduct a necessary function per HOA fees, the customer service rep that answered the phone was Dana. Within 5 minutes or less, Dana forwarded to me a link for the form that was necessary to achieve the goal intended; prior attempt on my part to complete the same form resulted in errors disallowing the form to proceed. while on the same call, Dana patiently waited for the form she forwarded to my e-mail inbox and atfer I downloaded said form, Dana supported me to complete the form providing me with the correct information to be placed on the form. With this, the goal was accomplished in less than 5 minutes due to the "can-do" attitude that Dana provided - her efforts was self motivated not requiring to be coaxed to assist - in fact, Dana was pleasantly supporting and providing the lead to complete the form properly. Dana's customer service effort is impeccable, kind, courteous, pleasant with a positive attitude and interest to actually assist the client to completion of the the intended goal with the temerity to attempt whatever is necessary to complete the intended goal should the standard approach to completing the subject goal not result in serving the purpose - I think this is refereed to as resilience and fortitude which is a rare commodity to find. If I were still running my small business, I would attempt to hire Dana away from Associa as she would be an assets to any business, entity or other concern that was attempting to achieve their goals for their respective mission and endeavors. Recommend that additional incentive be provided to Dana relative to her employment compensation & benefit package or there is significant probability that an employee such as herself can command increasing responsibilities meriting increased value to any and all organizations.

Extremely poor communication and support during a time-sensitive real estate closing. Associa took over management of the condo association, but the required documents were not properly available through their system. The seller, buyer, title company, and I were all left at a standstill trying to get basic help.
We made multiple calls and received little to no direction. On my most recent call, I was told they could not help me and needed to end the call because I did not have an order number — even though the issue was that we could not place the order due to their system not having the correct documents available.
For a company managing associations, communication and access to required documents are critical. This experience caused unnecessary delays, frustration, and a serious lack of confidence in their process.
Update as of 6/24/26:
We have been extremely frustrated with Associa’s lack of urgency and communication during a resale transaction.
We followed all instructions provided by Associa from the beginning of the contract process, and the transaction was originally scheduled to close on June 10. As of June 24, we are still waiting for approval of the buyers’ HOA application.
These delays have created unnecessary hardship and uncertainty for both the buyers and sellers. With a holiday approaching, confidence in the management team’s ability to process applications in a timely manner has been greatly diminished. The lack of clear updates and accountability has made what should have been a straightforward process far more stressful than necessary.
Timely communication and proper follow-through are essential in real estate transactions, and unfortunately, our experience with Associa has fallen well short of that standard.
