- LLleleJun 8, 20261.0I do not recommend these appartments I am very displeased being told you didn’t give enough notice on not renewing your lease or note when you have emailed and called on the day you were given the upcharge happening and never get a response i plan on taking legal matters if I’m not contacted by a higher up immediately! I wasn’t able to talk to anyone until June when I had to get off work early just to get someone. Mind you notice was given may 29th then office closed on weekends so can’t reach out again until June smh Pool hasn’t been open since I’ve been there when I was told it would be open weeks after I moved in here we are a year later. I usually don’t write reviews but this by far has been the worse experience
- GJGreg JonesJun 4, 20263.0The apartment is decent and clean but to be completely transparent the pool advertised has not been opened the entire year I’ve been here and the gym is only open if office is open. Just raised our rent a decent amount for an apartment with no amenities.
- CSCheyenne StrickleyMay 28, 20261.0If you care about your well-being, DO NOT MOVE HERE. MULTIPLE AMBULANCES FROM INJURIES AND FIRES RAISED RENT MIDWAY THROUGH MY LEASE BY $200!!!!!! TRASH OUTSIDE EVERYWHERE POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR YEARS WITH NO END IN SIGHT MAINTENANCE IGNORES TENANTS HIT-AND-RUNS ALL THE TIME IN PARKING LOT (mine included, with NO HELP from the management) DEAD GRASS AND POOR UPKEEP THROUGHOUT COMMUNITY NEIGHBORS ARGUING/SCREAMING ALL NIGHT AND CHILDREN ARE HEARD CRYING DAILY. I MEAN IT — DAILY!!!!! I have all of this documented through photos and videos. I will not be staying here for my entire lease due to these poor conditions and their abandonment on upkeep. they do not care about this community. RUN. FAR!!!!
