I just moved out of the Whitney and lived there for almost three years. All of the staff were great, including maintence being on time and prompt for anything needed. Especially thankful for having the manager Ari and Brian to help me throughout my time in the building.
I had zero issues with parking my electric car, felt safe at all times, and the other residents were very friendly.
Apartment is walkable to Las Olas bars and restaurants as well and they have a hot tub!
Highly suggest this apartment for anyone looking to live in Flagler Village within a true walking distance to Las Olas! Also only 10-15 minutes from the airport.

STILL FIGHTING FOR MY SECURITY DEPOSIT YEARS LATER!!!!
I stayed in the South Tower of The Whitney a couple years ago now AND STILL WAITING FOR ANY ONE AT ALL TO RETURN ANY OF MY COUNTLESS MESSAGES.
I had a 1 year lease and was pretty miserable the entire time if I'm being honest. From the moment that I began my lease when I arrived to a very dirty apartment until present day when I still have yet to receive my security deposit. From excessive noise from neighboring apartments partying, to multiple cigarettes found on my balcony, to being ignored as a resident, unfortunately I do not have anything good to say about living here. I received the apartment dirty and documented absolutely everything. When it was time to move out I cleaned the apartment excessively to ensure I left the apartment spotless. I even took photos after everything was clean when moving out to cover all bases so I wasn't charged for damage that was present prior to my arrival. Sure enough, my effort to make the apartment spotless didn't matter whatsoever and I got a bill for damage that was in the apartment before I ever lived there. I have attempted to contact management through email, phone, and even went in person multiple times on my days off from work.
I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY REPLY AND STILL HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY SECURITY DEPOSIT.
I never leave bad reviews unless I absolutely have to in order to share my experience but management had multiple opportunities to make it right and they continue to ignore me so I had no other choice.

I just left from touring and Brian was my agent he was so amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and so friendly! I am excited to move here because I will! Such a beautiful building I didn’t see any apartment that I wasn’t impressed with so stunning! I really had so much fun on my tour :)

Please put up a sign directing doordashers straight to the elevators so that they’re not waiting at the empty concierge/front desk for an employee to arrive.
