  I moved in 2 weeks ago and I have to say it has been the easiest moving experience. I want to thank everyone in the leasing office for helping me find the perfect apartment, and creating a smooth and efficient transition. I love the friendly greetings and smiles I receive everytime I go into the office. The maintance staff has been amazing! From minor issues to my washing machine having to be replaced. I was surprised on fast they showed up to assess/fix the issue. One incident was in the evening and I had a knock on my door within 30 minutes to take care of it. Every person I have met on the maintance staff has been so nice and helpful, I would be at a loss without them. I appreciate everyone who made this transition into my new "home" an easy and successful move. I am looking forward to living in what I call, paradise. Denise Z.

  Lived here for 14 months with my roomate, best experience ever! Everyone is so nice, we had the absolute best first year of our 20s here wouldn’t want to have spent it anywhere else. The leasing office is amazing, Nidian was exceptional in all ways (Julia and Jeff were amazing as well). Always so helpful! Thank you guys for a great experience! :)

  I lived at the Rise this past year and it has been the best experience ever. The leasing office was extremely helpful, especially Nidian. She was so welcoming And made us feel home. I recommend living at the Rise if you want to have an amazing living experience.

  I lived at the Rise for two years. While there were positive aspects of the community, ongoing issues with management's handling of time-sensitive financial matters ultimately led me to lower my overall rating. **Community 5/5** Friendly residents and a strong sense of community, supported by regular events from both management and residents. These events were consistently well-organized, with high-quality food and live entertainment, and were a key reason I stayed as long as I did. **Communication 1/5** Emails frequently went unanswered, even after multiple follow-ups, and phone calls were rarely picked up. Visiting the office in person was typically the only effective way to get a response. **Management: 1/5** After transferring from a studio to a one-bedroom, a balance from my prior unit became a point of disagreement. After few weeks, communication on the matter stopped, and I assumed it had been waived. Months later, I learned it had instead been sent to a collection agency without further notice, which affected my finances and credit. At move-out, resolving a discrepancy with my security deposit also took several months. After reviewing prior email correspondence, management confirmed the discrepancy and agreed that additional funds were owed. During my time in the one-bedroom, I also dealt with ongoing noise from a neighboring tenant. I requested assistance and was told the tenant had been contacted, but the disruption continued and was only resolved when that tenant moved out on their own.

  Living at The Rise in Flagler Village has truly felt like having a home away from home. The staff is absolutely incredible and goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. Living away from my family isn’t always easy, but the community they’ve created here genuinely feels like family. The monthly resident parties and get-togethers are one of the many things that make The Rise so special. The team truly shows out every time! You can see how much thought, creativity, and effort goes into every theme and detail. These events make it so easy to meet neighbors, build friendships, and feel connected to the community. I could happily continue living here for a very long time. After experiencing everything The Rise has to offer, I honestly couldn’t imagine living at any other apartment community in Fort Lauderdale. The atmosphere, amenities, events, staff, and genuine sense of community are unmatched. Nothing compares to The Rise!
