  Jeff truly went above and beyond! From the initial conversation through his follow-up, he was incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and patient in answering all of my questions. His product knowledge was excellent, and he did a fantastic job highlighting the value of what The Rise has to offer. You can tell he genuinely knows the community and takes pride in creating a great experience for prospective residents. I also absolutely love the location! The excitement and energy of Flagler Village, combined with the walkability to Las Olas, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, restaurants, entertainment, and so much more, make this such an attractive place to call home.   After living here for close to three months, I am grateful to have chosen The Rise as my home. Nidian, Julia, Jeff and Monique along with Kenny and his staff have been nothing short of exceptional from day-1. Neighbors are cool, location is excellent and it’s an overall peaceful environment. I’m glad I chose to live here and would highly recommend you checking it out for yourself while evaluating your next apartment.

  Terrible management and unfair charges after moving outI highly do not recommend living at The Rise Flagler Village. My move-out experience has shown a complete lack of professionalism and organization from the management team.Upon vacating my apartment, I was notified about some extra charges. I paid them immediately and handed over the proof of payment to close my account completely. To my surprise, three months later, I received a collection notice via email for an alleged "late payment" on that very same debt.It is completely unacceptable to send a former tenant to collections due to their own incompetence in registering payments in their system. I have all the emails, receipts, and records proving my account was at a zero balance. Be very careful when moving out of this place and save absolutely every document, because management has no idea what they are doing.

  Terrible experience, unjustified charges, and dishonest management. Avoid this place.I highly discourage anyone from living at The Rise Flagler Village. The customer service is awful, especially from Ms. Nidia Fontalvo, who is incredibly rude, condescending, and lacks any form of professionalism.When our lease ended, they requested an extra payment to settle final utilities (electricity and other miscellaneous fees). We complied immediately and handed a cashier's check directly to Jeff (a building employee) to clear our balance.However, be extremely careful with these people: from what I can see, their standard practice is to take your check and, instead of processing it properly, send your account straight to a collection agency. Now, a month and a half to two months after paying everything in full, we just received a collection letter.This is a complete lack of organization, terrible management, and a very dirty tactic that ruins tenants' credit and peace of mind. Keep a close eye on everything and document absolutely every interaction, because this management cannot be trusted.
