I went on a self guided tour on Saturday, and on my way to the model apartment, I met Monique. She was very friendly and mentioned they were having a pool party. I loved the atmosphere, the residents were welcoming, and the community had such a great vibe. It was a really cool experience.

I’ve lived at The Rise for a few years now, and it has truly been one of the best apartment communities I’ve experienced. One of the things that stands out most is how much the management team genuinely cares about the building and the residents. It’s one of the only places I’ve lived where you can really see the effort they put into maintaining the property and creating a positive living experience.
The community itself is fantastic. The residents are friendly, welcoming, and respectful, which makes it feel like a true neighborhood rather than just an apartment building. I’ve met so many great neighbors here.
The Rise is also extremely dog friendly, which has been a huge plus. It’s clear that pets are welcomed and considered an important part of the community.
Another highlight are the events like resident breakfasts and summer pool parties. Management goes above and beyond by hosting events with food and drinks. These events really help create a strong sense of community.
Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here and would highly recommend The Rise to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming, and community-oriented place to live.

The pool party was absolutely amazing! Everything was very well organized, the atmosphere was elegant and high-end, and the music, food, and drinks were excellent. It was a great opportunity to meet neighbors and enjoy a beautiful evening. The attention to detail made the event feel luxurious and memorable. Looking forward to the next one!

I’ve been living at The Rise Flagler Village for two years now, and I’m just as happy today as when I first moved in!
The entire team is amazing, both the office staff and the maintenance team are always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything you need. Their customer service is truly outstanding.
One of my favorite things about living here is the resident events. This Saturday’s pool party was so much fun! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious!
A huge thank you to everyone at The Rise Flagler for making this such an incredible place to live. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful community!

The good: The pool is top notch. One of the best in Ft Lauderdale. Maintenance is fantastic. Kenny and Co are the best Maintenance staff I've ever had, and it's not even close.
The OK: The common areas and gym are decent.
The Bad: The three-headed monster of Fetch, Latch, and the Elevators. Fetch is a service you are forced to pay to delay all of your packages (they can receive a package at noon, and not log it for several hours, too long to hit the 6pm-9pm delivery window). If you've been here long enough, chances are you've been stuck in an elevator at least once. Latch is glitchy and doesn't work sometimes. The elevators are CONSTANTLY breaking down. Just recently we were on two elevators for at least a month or two, which brings it down to just one if someone is moving. All three of these cause the monster, which is Fetch employees constantly using the elevators with glitch Latch software.
The ugly: The Rentyl overlords are terrible. Their inflexible and inane policies involving new tenants vs continuing tenants is going to ruin this place. New tenants are moving into almost identical apartments to mine for $400 less and getting a month free. I only asked that I pay the market rate.
Despite being a stellar tenant for over 5 years and paying all of my almost $200,000 to them always on time, they are completely unwilling to negotiate. I didn't want the month free. I just wanted the market rate for my place. Their concession was to let me move two doors down into a new apartment.
This type of treatment is going to drive away long-term tenants, who along with other long-term tenants, have built a community here. The rental market is dropping, so like me, many will leave for nicer places.
