- APAlexander PinedaJun 10, 20261.0Poor communication from leasing office and management. Poor maintenance of community areas. Long lead time on maintenance requests often with no solution. Leasing renewal process was painful and ended up not renewing. Move out process was also painful with very unclear verbiage on what conditions the apartment was to be returned on. It was left up to their opinion on “paint jobs” or “how bad it looks” or “maybe you need to paint I don’t know”. Would not recommended this community. Lobby and elevators smells like animal urine. Pool rules are not enforced. I can go on and on. Do not move here

Relocating to Fort Lauderdale from out of state could have been overwhelming, but Kadene and Nick were incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions and making me feel confident, comfortable, and excited about choosing Quantum Apartments as my new home. The building itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and managed by a truly outstanding team. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. A sincere thank you to the entire leasing team for making this transition such a positive experience!
