Helped my girlfriend with apartment shopping here, was met with poor communication and unprofessionalism. They had her go through the whole application process including various fees, and even had her spend thousands going through a guarantor program, only to lease the apartment she was looking at to someone else, with no communication until the last minute. They then tried to fix the issue by offering a unit that was over budget. If you're looking for an easy and transparent move in process, you will not find it here.

I normally do not leave reviews, but after watching my friend go through months of stress dealing with Quantum Apartments, I genuinely feel people should be aware of how disorganized and frustrating this process was.
From the outside looking in, it seemed like there was a constant lack of communication from the leasing office. She repeatedly called, emailed, and followed up regarding unit availability and application updates, yet rarely received responses unless she physically went into the office herself.
What stood out the most was how long she was strung along. She waited months under the impression that a unit was being held or would become available, paid application/admin fees, and even moved forward with a guarantor process that required thousands of dollars toward a bond — only to eventually find out the apartment had been rented to someone else without anyone properly informing her beforehand.
The situation became even more frustrating when the “solution” offered afterward was an apartment significantly outside of her budget, and she was given less than two hours to decide after already dealing with months of delays and uncertainty.
I also witnessed several interactions where communication from staff came across as dismissive and unprofessional rather than helpful, especially considering how stressful apartment searching already is.
Regardless of whether someone is approved or denied, people deserve transparency, timely communication, and basic professionalism throughout the process. Unfortunately, that was not what I saw here.
On top of that they responded with lies, and false claims to her, almost to make themselves appear more reasonable and charitable.
As someone who has been renting apartments and studios for the past 4 years I must say this place is using scummy business practices and I’d avoid renting from this place at all cost. A private owner would be more reasonable, logical, and kind than this place is. The amenities are not worth the trouble of the very unprofessional staff. Especially since they are just looking to extract more and more money from you.

Please read the reviews prior to applying!!!!
I toured Quantum Apartments back in March and was originally told that the unit I wanted would be available around the end of April/early May. I was completely fine waiting, but what followed was weeks of poor communication, unanswered calls/emails, and constant runaround from the leasing office.
I repeatedly followed up throughout April because I needed to plan my move, but getting any response was nearly impossible unless I physically went into the office. After waiting for weeks, I was suddenly told the original unit would not even be available until June and was pushed toward other units instead.
I eventually applied for another unit, paid the deposit/application/admin fees, and after being denied was instructed to move forward through a guarantor program. Based on the understanding and emphasis from their leasing office that the apartment was still available, I paid thousands toward the guarantor bond process. I had requested to be notified if the apartment was taken off the market. After that, communication once again completely stopped.
When I finally went into the office again later that same day to get answers (I work which is why I had arrived at around 3:00 p.m.) , I was informed by another employee (who I had not worked with) that the apartment had already been rented to someone else — despite nobody notifying me beforehand. After all of this, I still never received my application/admin fees back.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that when they finally attempted to “make things right,” the only option presented to me was an apartment far outside of my budget, and I was given less than two hours to decide whether I wanted to move forward after already being strung along for months.
The entire experience was stressful, disorganized, and honestly disappointing. My biggest issue was not even the denial itself but it was the lack of communication, transparency, and consideration throughout the entire process.
EDIT 1: Thank you for the response.
To clarify, my concern was never simply that the unit leased quickly. My concern was the lack of communication throughout the process while I was actively completing the steps your office instructed me to take. Instead of actively telling me the unit had been taken, I watched Kadene barely greet me and then basically run out of the office.
For weeks, I struggled to receive updates unless I physically came into the office, and I proceeded with the guarantor process under the impression that the unit was still available. Had I been informed otherwise in a timely manner, I could have pursued other housing options sooner and avoided continuing to incur costs associated with the process.
Additionally, the original unit I wanted was priced at 1780.
While I do appreciate that alternate units were later presented, they still exceeded what I was comfortable budgeting for and had expressed this to Kadene and Stephanie, especially after already paying non-refundable application and administrative fees.
I simply believe clearer communication and transparency throughout the process would have prevented a great deal of unnecessary stress and expense.

Easy move in, Kadene and Stephanie were super helpful.
I’ve been living at quantum for the past 3 years, and I’ve seen a huge change for the better in the leasing office since the new team started. Has been super helpful every time I’ve needed any kind of maintenance or have had any issues with my unit. Also, the community there is great, they host weekly events that are fun and interactive that people actually gather to. I’ve lived in a lot of places in my time but this is the first building I’ve actually gotten to know my neighbors i love it

My wife and I have been living in Quantum for almost 3 years now. The building is beautiful and great location. With the new leasing office staff (Stephanie, Vanessa and the rest) we have seen a substantial improvement! They solved and organized the garage situation, they do lots of fun events (finally!) and they genuinely seem to care about us.
