  Great location, close to Las Olas. Holiday Park is close by, and there are lots of nice restaurants, coffee shops, and workout studios within walking distance of the building. Incredible rooftop pool and building amenities. Quantum has come a long way in a good way since I've been living here. Like any other building, sometimes there are some ups and downs, but the team is always responsive and quick to resolve issues.They have a lot of fun resident events and specials. Stephanie and her team have put in a lot of effort into improving the resident experience. The whole team is friendly and sweet ❤️

  Amazing staff! Nick and Stephanie have been especially amazing! I’ve had a really great experience living here so far. From the beginning, everyone has been extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made settling in feel easy. The location is perfect and management does a good job of hosting events in the community. I definitely recommend living at quantum apartments!

  Great place looking forward to moving in in September. I ended up working with the manager called Stephanie. She is extremely impressive Individual giving me a high-level of confidence in the 2.0 property that she is helping to rebrand and manage.

  Stephanie and her assistant were an absolute pleasure to meet, extremely friendly, helpful, and very informative. They both made my tour of the property quite enjoyable and was one of the reasons we have made the recito make Quantum our next home. The property is in a great location and the amenities are amazing along with the beautiful units and views. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for luxury living downtown.

  I wanted to share my experience about Quantum Apartments. I’ve been here about 3 months now and the transition from moving across the states is no joke. With that being said life sometimes challenges us in ways that gives us the opportunity to communicate, problem solve and appreciate people who go out of their way to support and adjust to make things work. Stephanie has really impressed me with her ability to problem solve and adjust things to support not only the apartment complex but the people there as well. Her integrity and compassion has really stood out and it’s so refreshing to be apart of a community that cares so much about the people in it.
