  The service technician Vladimir Escabia was so helpful!! Our AC stopped working and progress sent out a work order immediately. Vladimir showed up and had our AC running and working again in less then 15 minutes of arriving at our residence! Thank you so much!!

  JD came out and fixed my AC quickly and professionally. The house was extremely hot, and he was able to diagnose the issue and get everything working again. He explained everything clearly, was respectful, and made sure the AC was cooling properly before leaving. Great service, honest work, and very reliable. I definitely recommend JD for any AC repairs or maintenance.

  DARWIN at progress maintenance is a true asset to your company. It's not uncommon to find a "hard worker." What IS uncommon- is a hard worker who will go above and beyond and actually exhibit expertise, friendliness, resourcefulness; but above all Darwin was kind. I hope someone from progress sees this and truly recognizes him for the great worker and person they have. **unsolicited review**

  We’ve had such a great experience with Vladimir Escahia. It’s unreasonable to think that homes won’t have any issues while you rent. You want a company (and a maintenance team) that takes your home seriously. Progress and Vladimir are great. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what’s going on and how things work, which we really appreciate. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping, not just fixing the issue and leaving. He handles all kinds of home maintenance and repairs and is always reliable, honest, and trustworthy. So grateful.

  When we moved in October 2025, progress residential apparently forgot that they sign a contract with us AND provided keys to move in. A day or so into the home I’m working from home and I hear my brother in an altercation at the front door. Having to abruptly stop working to tend to the issue, I get to the door and see multiple officers along with an associate from progress and what seemed to be the property manager for our home in Fort Lauderdale. They expressed that we were trespassing and were not supposed to be there. After showing our proof lease the officers finally left, agreeing that this error is to be discussed my the management and tenant. No officers needed. My brother, who is recovering from a knee surgery, having to stand at the door in this uncomfortable state was unnecessary. Me having to put my job at jeopardy due to the very inconvenient and loud disruption of officers attempting to arrest us was not appropriate and caused me to lose my job. The property manager agreed to waive the first month rent for the inconvenience. Here we are in April 2026. Apparently the property manager is no longer with the company (I wonder why) and we receive a notice that they are adding the waived October 2025 rent back on the invoice for 2026 April. Dealing with having to work lite from my brothers injury and him making most of the income, this was very inconvenient. We have been trying to literally get him back on his feet and this company has harassed us, taken us to court due to lack of understanding and empathy and now adding additional charges that were agreed to be dismissed on our invoice. The reasoning seems to be because it was a “technical error”. Although we agreed in court on a settled amount to put us back on track. Without the original management to explain his mistake, we are trying to come to another agreement to fix their “technical error” (which just seems to be spiteful and another way to retrieve further funds from their tenant). Progress Residential seemed to think that cutting our lease short by a month would remedy the October 2025 rent that was placed back on our account on April 2026 in error. So no.. I don’t think this company is acceptable to recommend to anyone. There cold, heartless and a hazard to tenants renting with them. Their careless ways have left the worst impression on me and my brother and our mental health. Constantly worried about that your going to throw our way next.
