  We have stayed at The Station for about a year while remodeling our house. This complex is hands down the nicest I have been to. The apartments are clean and newer. They are well insulated so we haven’t heard much of our neighbors or smelt what they’re cooking for dinner! The complex itself feels like a resort, they put a lot of work into community events and keeping the lobby very nice. My dog can attest that the huge dog park is awesome. If you take a ride around the parking lot, it’s mainly nicer looking vehicles and there is not any trash laying around. From what I’ve seen, the people that live here generally care about keeping it nice. Now my favorite part about living here, I have submitted maybe three maintenance requests (always in the evening) in our time here and EVERY SINGLE ONE was attended to the very next morning. That is unheard of. My brother is in a complex up the road and has NOT had that experience there. I saw one comment about the lighting being bright. They do light the place up like a racetrack. Which I think is a Pro. I have not had to worry if my wife gets home late or needs to leave and it’s dark out. We got blackout curtains for the bedroom and it has been a non-issue. Also, we were in the building right on the highway and have not had an issue with road noise either, that was one of my concerns before coming here. The Station is a smaller complex and it leads to more of a community rather than feeling like an apartment number. I think this also makes it a lot easier for them to give each person attention and keep the apartments maintained. I would definitely stay here again if I needed an apartment.

  Finally had a moment after moving in to sit down and write a review! Easy leasing online, questions answered quickly, and the staff has been nothing short of fantastic. Amazing property, and the only way I can describe it is: if you want the best in the area, this is it. ps. sunrises go hard here too:)

  Just moved in a week ago and moved in from halfway across the country. Sam in the office helped every step of the way and made it as stress-free as possible! The complex is quiet, everyone has been very friendly!

  Sam is amazing, I would live here if could but currently under lease I would highly recommend living at The Station.

  It was a hot day and the motor went out in the ac as they do in Florida from time to time. I placed a service call for the repair and within the hour Kenny and Tim I believe were at my door and found the problem fast. They had to order the part but fixed it immediately with accommodations for comfort while I waited for the repair. Kenny was polite and asked about my day. Great team here and that’s why I choose to stay mostly because of friendly staff.
