  Finally had a moment after moving in to sit down and write a review! Easy leasing online, questions answered quickly, and the staff has been nothing short of fantastic. Amazing property, and the only way I can describe it is: if you want the best in the area, this is it. ps. sunrises go hard here too:)

  Just moved in a week ago and moved in from halfway across the country. Sam in the office helped every step of the way and made it as stress-free as possible! The complex is quiet, everyone has been very friendly!

  Sam is amazing, I would live here if could but currently under lease I would highly recommend living at The Station.

  It was a hot day and the motor went out in the ac as they do in Florida from time to time. I placed a service call for the repair and within the hour Kenny and Tim I believe were at my door and found the problem fast. They had to order the part but fixed it immediately with accommodations for comfort while I waited for the repair. Kenny was polite and asked about my day. Great team here and that’s why I choose to stay mostly because of friendly staff.

  I’ve lived here for over two years. Kylee and Sam do an excellent job taking care of everything you need. They’re always quick to respond and get things handled right away. I’m really glad I chose this place, and I’ll be back in one day. I especially love the beautiful sunset view right outside my window every evening.
