  The grounds are in poor shape. Drainage is a real issue, and made worse by a sprinkler system that is now in use that floods the whole area around my apartment. Management is aware but they are talking late this year or in 2027. If we go out and come back while the sprinklers are on, we get wet. There is no way to avoid it. The only reason I gave maintenance 4 stars is that their hands are tied to fix the flooding issue. All issues we have had were handled as quickly as possible. Maintenance is, especially good with Aaron and Les. The grounds around my apartment are just not acceptable. Since the sprinklers are on, muddy grounds mire the lawnmowers in the muck, and large ruts are forming from run off and maintenance vehicles that have no alternative but to go through the area. Get the flooding and sprinkler system would make it 5 stars all the way across. We love the apartment. I would recommend Cobblestone, but I would certainly look at the apartment while it is raining, or just after a rain to see if drainage is good and if sidewalks go underwater. Our building sits lower than the next closest building, and water runs downhill.

  Kris was AMAZING! He kept it short, sweet and straight to the point! Helped us with what we needed price wise, what we were looking for space wise. He didn’t sugar coat anything and didn’t make us feel like we were asking for too much with the budget we had set. 10/10 would highly recommend anyone who’s searching around!

  I dont even know where to start with this place. Living in this apartment with my mother has been hell. We chose this complex as the reviews were relatively decent and a 2 bedroom was within our budget. Big mistake. This place is literally infested with roaches. Giant, ugly, flying roaches. We constantly had to kill multiple in one night. Roaches falling from the ceilings roaches crawling through the windows it never ended. They charge for pest control however no pest are being controlled??? Im from florida so i know we have tree roaches here, no prob im used to it, however, there is clearly more than the ocassional tree roach or two with this place. I was away at uni for most of the time so it was my mother dealing with this all alone but I have no peace of mind when I come home and am constanly having to clean out my dogs food bowls because tree bugs are in his kibble and crawling on the walls. On top of that, the garbage disposal, ice maker, toilet, or ac was breaking every 2-4 business days. After our first year living here they raised the price of rent and we didnt have a choice but to stay as moving in general is extremely expensive. Paying nearly 2k in rent to live in a shoe box with roaches and broken fixtures, my student apartment at school had less issues. The pools are constantly being closed and they have sprinklers in front of sidewalks that lead to your door ways. They turn the sprinklers on at weird times like 7-9pm and half of them arent watering grass but the area infront of your door so you literally have to get wet to get inside your apartment. Oh and dont end up in a 1st floor unit with loud upstairs neighbors because they will NOT tell them to quiet down and you WILL have to listen to children running, screaming, and stomping at all times of the day and night. I would advise those interested in this place to reconsider and look at other complexes.
