- GHGarrett HunterSep 25, 20262.0Staff was awesome. Especially Rachel at the front office! She was excellent (5 out of 5 stars). However, I didnt like that its a corporate place with predatory pricing. They make you decide 2 months before the lease is up if you want to stay or face multi-thousand dollar penalties. Then unless you get 14+ month extention they increase the prices by hundreds of dollars per month. For example, I got a new job so i did a 7 month lease just incase for 1,800/month (2bdrm). When i had to decide to renew the lease a 7month was now 1,950/month. I choose a 4month to buy time so i could find another place. Now they send me the prices and its 2200$ for a 7month lease. Its 400$/month higher than a new bloke moving in because they know you dont want to move. Predatory. My theory is they always go up infinitely. Initial 7month: 1800 Second 7month: 2000 Third 7 month: 2200 If you are renting for a shorter time than a 15months or are unsure, dont go here. Theyll nickle and dime you.
