  Outstanding!! The staff are very professional, polite and very helpful! They all go above and beyond to meet all your expectations!! The property is very well kept and maintained!! I’m very pleased!! I highly recommend!!

  Don’t get me wrong, everything is great here. It’s just unfortunate with the parking situation. I understand, first one first serve, but there are times where guest parks where residents should be (or just a random car with no sticker for residents.) It’s also unfortunate that a family can have multiple cars taking up most of the space. And for people to SAFE PARK a parking spot? I find it beyond crazy how someone takes the time to see when someone leaves to get a certain parking spot. That’s honestly unacceptable. I just wish something could be done or have a better system in place.

  We had an amazing move-in experience at Waterline in Estero, FL. Nina and Bachir, along with the entire Waterline team, were incredibly welcoming and professional, making the whole process smooth and completely stress-free. Everything was well organized from start to finish, and we truly felt supported. We’re very happy with our decision to move here.

  I had such an amazing experience with Bachir when I trying to find my new home. He was very polite, kind, a lot of knowledge about everything and he understood what I needed and now I’m moving to waterline Estero. Thank you so much, for all team :)
