  We wanted to take a moment to share just how grateful we are for Gedalias Donato and the outstanding job he did overseeing the construction of our new home in Verdana Village. From the very beginning, Donato was an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication with us was exceptional. He always kept us informed, made sure we knew what was happening throughout the building building process, and was always available when we had a question or concern. One of the things we appreciated most was that when Donato told us he was going to do something, he did it. That kind of reliability and follow-through gave us tremendous confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process. It was very clear to us that Donato genuinely cared about the quality of our home and took pride in his work. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure things were done properly truly stood out. We absolutely love our new home and could not be happier with the quality of the finished product. Building a new home can certainly be stressful at times, but having someone like Donato overseeing everything made the experience so much better. We feel very fortunate that Donato was our foreman, and we sincerely appreciate everything he did to make our new home something we are so proud of. He is a tremendous asset to the company and deserves to be recognized for the exception job he does. Thank you Gedalias Donato for making our new home such a wonderful experience.

  Great product, love the homes, love the options, PULTE makes a high-quality home. This is my second home from PULTE in this area and they get nothing but high remarks and accolades, to include Pulte’s customer service and closing dept as well.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pulte Homes and my entire home-building experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, organized, and exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in my home are truly exceptional. Every room reflects quality, and it’s obvious that great care went into the construction. The finishes are beautiful, the design is thoughtfully executed, and the overall quality of the home is outstanding. Every day I walk through my front door, I’m reminded of how stunning it is—I am absolutely obsessed with my new home. What impressed me most was Pulte’s commitment to delivering a quality product while making the experience enjoyable along the way. Building a home can be stressful, but the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. I would wholeheartedly recommend Pulte Homes to anyone considering a new construction home. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose Pulte.
