From start to finish, the entire process felt seamless thanks to the consistent, omnichannel support we received at every stage, from design thru construction. Sherri Anderson was outstanding from the moment we first met her. Whether we were touring models, learning about the community, or preparing for closing, she guided us with clarity and genuine care. She answered every question—or connected us with the right person immediately—and her responsiveness was remarkable. Sherri truly “held our hand” throughout the journey and was an essential part of making the process feel effortless. We also can’t say enough about our construction manager, Ray Worley. His commitment to quality was evident from day one and continued well beyond closing. Ray was always a pleasure to work with—knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and consistently willing to address every question, even if it was the tenth one that day. Our pre-drywall walkthrough was incredibly informative, and the pre-closing walkthrough felt like a celebration of all the collaboration and care from both Sherri and Ray. Our new home at the Shores at Stillwater is everything we imagined and more. We are truly grateful for the exceptional experience Pulte, Sherri, and Ray provided.
